Tämä Executive Lomakoti sijaitsee arvostetulla Emerald Island Resort. Se on lähellä Disney ja kätevä kaikki mukavuudet. Huvilassa on 4 kuningas päällikkö sviittiä ja 1 queen makuuhuone niin sopii suuremmille perheille tai useita perheitä ja ystäviä jakaminen säästää rahaa lomansa.

Pääkerroksessa löydät perhehuone, perhe keittiö ja ruokasali. Tilava gourmet-keittiö on graniittiset ja kaikki laitteet ja astiat löydät kätevä haalia kokoon nopea pikkupurtavaa tai koko perheen aterioita. Valtava graniitti keskeinen saari keittiö on täydellinen aamiainen ja rento perhe kokoontuu yhteen.

Tämä loma koti on 7 makuuhuonetta, 4 heistä ovat kuningas mestari sviittiä. Ensimmäinen kuningas Master Suite sijaitsee pääkerroksessa, on king size-vuode, runsaasti laatikon ja roikkuu tilaa, vaatehuone, kattotuuletin ja tv. Master ensuite on suuri amme kylpyamme, kävellä suihku, ja runsaasti counter tilaa. Queen makuuhuone sijaitsee myös permannolla. Myös pääkerroksessa on pesutupa täysikokoinen pesin ja kuivain pari, silitysrauta ja lauta. Ja alkuun se pois on todella cool pelihuone biljardipöytä, ilmakiekko, TV ja jalkapallo pöytä.

Toisessa kerroksessa isännät muut 3 Kuningas Master sviittiä oma kylpyhuone. Myös perheen kylpyhuone, ja kaksi makuuhuonetta, joissa kerrossänky ja parivuode kussakin. Kaikki 7 makuuhuonetta on oma seinälle TV. Myös nurkka käytävällä toisessa kerroksessa, sen vastaanotto ja istuma tarjoaa hiljainen tila lukemiseen ja rentoutumiseen. Koko toinen kerros, kuten kaikki makuuhuoneet ja käytävillä, päivitetään ympäristöystävällisillä korkki lattia. Yhteensä tämä Villa voi nukkua jopa 16 vierasta (aikuiset ja lapset) sekä kaksi vauvoilla.

Tämä Villa tulee ilmainen langaton internetyhteys ja lankapuhelin ilmaiseksi paikallisten ja ulkomaanpuheluita.

The house was OK, cost effective for our ten night stay with a family of 7 adults and 2 kids. Clean, spacious, fewer neighbors than other options, but dated and due for upgrades.Driveway is a little tight for two SUVs, pool table is useless and the clothes dryer takes forever. There were a few minor maintenance issues that we reported to the host, who is not local. They were addressed almost immediately by the local Property Management company. We enjoyed the pool and spa during the two rest days we built in around the park visits.Emerald Island is clean, quiet, secure and conveniently located. Invited local friends for a couple hours at the Resort pool, mini golf and life size chessboard, no hassle. DoorDash got through easily. (Flippers Pizza is the BEST!) This was our first foray into the Resort experience and I would consider this one in the future.It's a 45 minute drive from the Orlando International Airport, but factor another two and a half hours to get your rental car. Once you're at the Resort, it's 10 minutes to a Super WalMart for gas, food, supplies, etc. 15 minutes to over a dozen restaurants. (Rock and Brews has very good appetizers and a great vibe.) If you like to open the parks it's 20 minutes to Disney, 50 minutes to Universal.Disappointed with my VRBO experience after the last minute cancellation of a reservation made in April forced a scramble to find this compromise property, but that's for another forum.

The property was nice ,our family needed more mixing bowls, utensils. On the last night the hot tub (spa) quite working we let the owner know.Our family had a great time overall and we will be back againg next year.

An Ok Stay

We were 5 adults and one child age 5 - three generations. Overall our stay was ok, and the house had lots of room. The furnishings are a bit beat up, but functional. The overall maintenance on the house is a lacking a bit. We complained about a few things to the property manager upon arrival and about ½ of them were fixed and the other ½ were ignored.I got the feeling the owner had not been on site in a long time - he lives in Canada - there are lot of things that a conscience owner would have tended to if they saw it with their own eyes. The owner was very good with us arriving a few hours ahead of check in time and letting us stay a couple hours after check in. I am not going to list all of the things that were wrong, but there were a number of maintenance issues that need tending to to bring this rental up to a level created in your mind when you look at the pictures and read the listing.I would not necessarily rent this same house again.

Displeased!

Although we had a convenient place to stay, the following issues need to be addressed: First floor master bathroom mirror was nailed to the wall making it appear unsafe. The shower had mold on the floor. No extra towels in any of the rooms. Had to purchase a set of white towels for each. Shower hooks and shower liner missing from one of the rooms. Closet door in one of the rooms is broken. Furniture appears to be very old and dirty. Couldn't sit on the living room furniture because there was no bottom. I can send a picture if you need one. Took all week for the ice maker in the refrigerator to actually make enough ice for drinks. Lock on sliding glass door to the pool area is not secure. Had to use half of the broom to place in the door track so no one could enter. Contacted the Property Management twice because the pool was dirty and the water level was below the first step. Didn't show up to treat the pool till two days before our departure. Very disappointing. According to our contract garbage was to be placed in a plastic bag before placing in the outside container, however, we found loose garbage in the can that was there before we arrived. I would never recommend this property to anyone unless it was updated and cleaned. I used one of Verbo's properties last year and it was nothing like this one.

Guys golf trip

I stay every year at the same model in Emerald Island - but it was unavailable so I booked this 8br home. I was happy to review the prior home and give it 5 stars, and was hoping to do so with this home too. Here is a list of what we dealt with: 1) TV had 3 remotes none would change the channels or volume (they fixed that) 2) The ice maker in the refrigerator was broken and we had no ice available 3) My 82 year old friend sat on the love seat in the family room and almost went down to the floor. The springs were broken and the furniture was very dated 4) On a cold night we tried to use the heater but it was locked at a maximum of 67 degrees 5) The home needs a lot of attention and we even were cleaning candy wrappers to off the floor 6) There was no hand soap or bars in any of the bathrooms Nice complex and I don’t say this to hurt the owner but wish I had known these things prior to the trip so I could make a different choice.

The location was great. 15 minutes from Disney property. Couple of things that would have been helpful to have written down somewhere: how to lock the front door and the pool needs to have a high level of water for the pool heater to work.

Great community and large house

Beautiful community and very spacious home. Lots of room for our group of 15 (3 families). Lovely heated pool and spa. It wasn’t clear in the ad however that there was a charge to use the grill. The host, Frank, was very responsive. There was an issue with a broken screen panel in the pool area. He responded right away and his property manager had it fixed within the day. We also needed to extend our stay by a day due to flight cancellations and he got back to us very quickly.

We had 4 generations and the house had plenty of room for all. The pool and hot tub were fantastic after long days at Disney. Great outdoor seating. The living room seating needs an upgrade. Overall good to go.

Very disappointed

The location and area was great but thats about the only good things I have to say about this place. I could not believe how filthy this place was. All the walls, doors, light switch covers ( cracked as well) everything was dingy, black with marks and fingerprints. Just gross. I cant tell you the last time the floors were swept or the area rug vacuumed. Food crumbs, garbage, dust and dirt it was in all the rooms. I found clothing tags and change laying on one bedroom floor which makes me very much believe it was never swept. The air vents especially the one near the laudry was so gross, just black with dust. My children have asthma so this was a big deal for me! The furniture is beyond needing replaced. The springs in the loveseat are broken so if you try to sit down the cushion goes all the way to the floor. Not only that but they are filthy dirty. The washer button is broken to even start a load of laundry, but they were kind enough to leave a metal stick there for u to shove in the hole to start the washer. We did zero laundry as the washer was also dirty. There is no air hockey table in the garage like the photos show and the pool table is junk. We couldnt play pool due to the fabric falling off of it and the padding on the sticks falling off as well. Disappointing again to my kids. We found garbage in the pool area, the pool lights dont work. And the pool had lots of dirt in the bottom so needless to say we spent zero time in the pool. It stated there was a pool cover, we found in crumpled in a corner of the patio and there to way to try covering the pool. I guess I expected a pool cover that you unreel and cover the pool like other places I have stayed. The pantry had opened boxes of food from previous renters. The curtains to the patio were also so gross, obviously never been washed. The TV remotes in some of the bedrooms didnt work at all and were sticky. We brought pillows and blankets from home and just slept on top of the beds, we werent comfortable even sleeping with the bed sheet as who knows if they were even washed. Most places we have stayed have a small welcome basket with your soap and detergent pods and a book with information on the home, nope none of that. This home needs some huge maintenance and work done along with a serious deep clean. This trip was a big deal to our family. we traveled 26 hours to see the place we were staying in like this. Talk about a huge letdown to our whole family, very disappointd

Lovely updated Vacation home

We have stayed in Emerald Island several times. This was one of the best experiences. The home was clean and updated. There was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy without feeling crowded. We will definitely be rebooking this home again next year.

Holiday Disney Trip

The house was the perfect size for 7 adults and 3 kids. 2 miles to Disney. Communication was great and the price was reasonable. We would come back.

The house was nice and as described, although banged up in a lot of places. Not super clean. I don’t think they ever clean the cabinets and the master bathtub wasn’t clean. We just cleaned it and went about the stay. The front gate check in wasn’t great, but the rest of the stay was comfortable and we enjoyed it. Convenient location.

This house was MEANT for our FAMILY !

LOVED the house, communication with the owner, facilities, and (isn't it always) LOCATION of this fantastic home. Our 3 families (grandparents, Family from Atlanta, Family from New Jersey) really enjoyed how perfect this house met ALL our needs. Lots of room to "spread out". 2 baby cribs for our 2 youngest grandchildren, and a lovely pool to "cool down"! (and a BABY GATE around the pool!!) Very convenient and a quick drive to the Disney area. It was the PERFECT house for our family and we would highly recommend!

The house was definitely big enough for our gathering but it needs a lot of upkeep. The pool cage screen is pulled out in many places. The safety fence for the pool is kept together by zip ties. Renters beware of hidden expenses. On the listing it says property fee but you don't find out that that is for the bbq grill until you get the contract. There is no mention that each car needs to register to get a key to come in and out of the gate and its $20 per car. The house sleeps 18 people but there is only 12 forks in the kitchen. The owner needs to take new pictures of the "game room". It shows an air hockey table which isn't there, the pool table needs to be thrown away, The balls don't bank off the sides, the ball will hit the side and just stop because there's no cushion left for it to bank off of. The owner of this property definitely needs to put some money into this property.

Very nice home

The home was beautiful however it could have been cleaner. Housekeepers should wipe down doors and door frames light switches etc. they were dirty. Other than that the home was suitable for our family.
