This private villa offers a refined and comfortable retreat in the heart of Orlando, just minutes from the city’s most iconic attractions.

Enjoy premium amenities such as a modern stainless steel kitchen, a private BBQ grill, and sophisticated décor designed for both relaxation and style. Each bedroom features its own TV and en suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests.

Please be advised that, in accordance with our payment policy, an initial payment equal to 50% of the total reservation amount is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance of 50% shall be payable within 30 calendar days from the date of booking.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, in instances where the check-in date occurs within the same calendar month as the booking confirmation, the total reservation amount shall be due and payable in full at the time of booking.

To be eligible for a full refund, any reservation cancellation must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled check-in date shall be subject to a 50% refund of the total reservation amount paid.

No-shows and cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the check-in date shall not be eligible for any refund.

When applicable, refunds shall be processed on the originally scheduled check-in date and will incur a 4.5% transaction fee.

The resort pool, courts, and Fitness Center - $100 extra fee per group per day.

The resort fee is optional and not mandatory. You can choose to pay it at the clubhouse entrance if you decide to use the amenities.

- Upper Floor: 1 master suite with King Size bed and ensuite bathroom, and 2 additional suites with 2 Twin Size beds each. A third bathroom features a relaxing soaking tub.
- Also on this floor: a fully equipped laundry room with washer and dryer for your convenience.

Early check-in or late checkout may be available by an extra charge if the property schedule permits it.

If you need to, please request Pack & Play or High Chair one day before your arrival.

The property includes one designated parking space, with an additional shared parking space available within the resort.

BBQ Grill has an additional cost of $50 for use during the reservation.

For the best convenience of our guests, we provide basic supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, and essential kitchen items like salt, sugar, and pepper for the first days of the stay.

For the safety and security of our guests, our vacation homes are equipped with exterior surveillance cameras strategically placed on the front porch and sides of the property. These cameras are positioned solely for security purposes and do not face any private areas of the home, ensuring your privacy throughout your stay.
