Vain 3 mailin päässä Disney Gatesista. Meillä on aurinkoinen lounaaseen päin oleva uima-allas nauttiaksesi auringosta uima-altaan reunalla koko päivän. Kun yövyt uima-altaan ympärillä, voit nauttia yksityisyydestä, koska naapurit eivät jätä sinua huomioimatta. Sisustusarkkitehti marraskuussa 2016 on uusinut kodin ammattimaisesti tuoreen uuden ilmeen saavuttamiseksi. Tarjoamme rajoittamattoman puhelun Yhdysvaltoihin, Kanadaan ja Puerto Ricoon, ilmaisen langattoman Internetin ja digitaalisen kaapelin, jolla on yli 80 kanavaa. We just spent 4 weeks in this rental. This is our second year renting at this home, our 4th year in the neighborhood. The home is very comfortable. We had a minor problem with the pool heater. The property manager responded immediately and it was fixed within a couple hours. The landlord is readily available for messaging and checks in periodically to see if all is well. The photos currently don’t show that the kitchen has been updated with new cabinets, countertops and furniture!

Check-in at the gate was quick and easy. The house was clean and well-equipped. The host was very responsive, even over the Christmas period. We had a small issue with the dishwasher, and someone was sent out to repair the day after Christmas. It’s a short walk to the clubhouse from the house, which was ideal for both children and elderly. Would definitely recommend for a family!

Relaxing

This home is very comfortable! The living room furniture has been upgraded since the photo shown. It’s even better than advertised.The kitchen appliances were above standard! Kurig, Drip coffeemaker, coffee press, an air fryer and more…The towels were abundant and plush. The home was immaculate upon arrival. The owner, Kim, and the property manager, Kathy, were quick to respond with any inquiry. ( a brief pool heat issue, due to a flipped breaker) We bought the pool heat, and we were happy we did as there were a few cool nights. The pool and patio furniture is comfortable. We did not use the garage game room, but for a family, I’m sure it would be perfect,We have rented in this neighborhood several times, but this was the first time we ate at the club house “restaurant” and enjoyed games. We stayed a whole month and settled in comfort. We would definitely try to rent this home again,

Great Location

Beautiful house in a great location. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Everything was close by, from Disney to restaurants and shops. Communication with owner was always very helpful.

Great stay

Everything as advertised. Everything was clean and comfortable. One hiccup was when we wanted to have visitors bc everyone needed to get the approval from the host and a special pass to get on property. The community definitely seems safe bc of that though. Heated pool was great since we had 60 degree weather a few days. Would definitely recommend this place or stay here again.

Wonderful location and amenities

My family made incredible memories at Kim’s place. We loved the pool, game room and especially appreciated being so close to the clubhouse with the tennis courts and community pool. We enjoyed all that amenities that were offered. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Disney trip

I never write reviews but... My family and I couldn't have enjoyed this house more. It is exactly as described and more. My wife and I have stayed in the area 3 times in the past couple years and this house was by far the cleanest and most kid friendly. I made a mistake after booking and the home owner called me to make sure i still wanted the house, saving our vacation! We paid for pool heat and even though the outside temp was cold the pool was fantastic. ( roughly 85 ) Great location to the parks! Quiet Neighbourhood! Richard

Great stay at Windsor Palms

House was exactly as described, fully equipped and spotlessly clean. Pool was a great size and welcome relief from the heat of the day. No more than 20 mins from all the parks, close to a Publix and Walmart. Would stay again without hesitation.

Nice house

The house was very nice. Description was accurate. 2 of the beds were very high off the ground. I had my parents with me and there was no way they would be able to get on either bed. There was one queen bed that was an option for them.

Excellent resort activities...the club house included a great pool, movie theatre, and a pickle ball court. We paid to have the house pool heated but it never got very warm. Very spacious. Clean.

Would definitely stay again

The house was beautiful and looked just as listed. It was in a nice neighborhood and I felt safe with the attendant. The host was nice and got back to me very quickly with any questions, including turning on the pool heat at the last minute. I would recommend and world definitely stay again.

Really clean property when got there, staff at gate really helpful; clubhouse really fun and great facility to have Unfortunately the pool wasn’t cleaned during our stay at all and quite a lot of debris and insects in the pool on a daily basis , but great location and quality of property overall

Amazing property

We loved staying here for our Disney vacation. It was so nice to come back from a busy day at the parks to a quiet, cozy home. It was the perfect property for our girls 5 and 7. They had their own space to play while we had our own space to unwind. I highly recommend starying here.

A great home away from home

Great Location, Great Cleanliness, Great Equipment and great property owner. This villa offers the perfect balance for location (to both Disney and Shops), and price, with the villa going over and above expectation. The property owner was easy to contact with ant pre arrival questions. On arrival check in process was really easy (I had stayed in the Windsor Palms before, but this had no impact), and on arrival the villa was spotless, with all wants and needs available. The bedrooms were great, and gave a great balance between Disney rooms, for the kids and an escape from it all for the adults. Pool was a great size, and great temperature and used each and everyday. My only minor negative was nothing to do with the property, but the property management company who have put a signs all around the villa, letting you know costs of breaking equipment etc. This may have been better in a book instead plastered across the villa. I would happily book this villa again, and people should have no concern when booking this villa. Thank you to the owner for the two weeks the property really did feel like a home away from home.

The perfect family home

Overall great experience!! The only complaint if any were that towels were few and far between. I would have liked some more linens available. Outside of that, the property was clean, centrally located to everything we wanted to get to. The pool at our home was nice, and the main facility pool was also great!! Can’t beat an in house sundry and bar while sitting by the pool in the hot Florida sun! Overall I would visit again!

We rented as a Christmas vacation with our kids and parents. The house had plenty of space. However, we had bare min items. The kitchen has limited cooking items. There was no basic items such as pepper,salt etc. The pool was dirty, I was told there was a net to clean. Which we have our own pool at home there was a net that was not easy to use. It needed to be brushed and clean. Tons of worms in the pool as well from rain. Limited towels for showering. We had to wash washcloths daily because of this. The neighborhood was nice however it doesn't feel they love the vacationers. We had our van towed at 1158pm due to the bumper crossing the sidewalk. This was 250.00 and 30 mins from the house in a sketchy area. No one left a note, knocked and asked to move it.. just towed. In all the house is ok. Will never stay again.
