Early Check-in / Late Check-out
If available, early check-in or late check-out is $25 per hour.
• Must be requested:
• Early check-in no earlier than 24 hrs before arrival
• Late check-out no later than 12 hrs before departure
• The latest check-out time we can offer is 3 PM
• Based upon calendar availability

ADDITIONS
• Pool Heat: $30/day, 3-day minimum. Optional. Must be paid before check-in. Let us know, at least, 2 days before arrival day.
• Grill Rental: $35 flat fee for your stay. Optional.
• No Pets Allowed
• 2 Cars Maximum. Garage not included.
• Weekly Lawn & Pool Service is required.
• Security Camera at the front door only. No other cameras on-site.
