There are 3 major differences between our home and many of the other houses in our area.
1. Pool and hot tub/spa heat and cleaning are INCLUDED in every quote.
2. Our mature landscaping around the pool makes it very private, and in-pool lights make night swimming so much more fun!
3. We also start each guest off with ALL the necessities no one should have to buy while on a week long vacation;
We provide dish soap, dishwasher tabs, an extra roll of paper towels, fresh dish cloths, dish towels, a sponge, extra garbage bags, and laundry pods.
There is toilet paper in every bathroom, as well as an extra roll or 2.
For a typical 7 night stay- there would be no need to buy any of these things!
There are also plenty of linens, bath towels and pool towels.
We also provide some Keurig coffee pods, tea bags, creamer and sugar packets to get you started- which is especially helpful with late evening arrivals :)

SO- Why stay in a cramped and busy hotel when you can spend less per night and up to 9 guests can stay together in a clean, comfortable home with a private pool and spa?

Emerald Island is located in the perfect place in Kissimmee. Close to plenty of excellent restaurants, grocery stores, outlet malls, golf courses, mini golf courses and of course- Disney World.

**IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING VEHICLE ACCESS TO THE RESORT: Emerald Island charges a $20.00 fee per vehicle for guests staying on any property within the resort. (this would also apply to overnight visitors) More details/instructions are provided in the Welcome Package sent out after your last payment is made- or approximately 30 days before your trip.**

Surrounded by a conservation area of protected woodlands, Emerald Island Resort is a relaxing, private, safe gated community perfect for the whole family.
There are wonderful walking/biking trails, a mini golf course, volleyball and tennis courts right within the resort.
The Tiki Bar and Clubhouse pool area have been recently renovated and often offer delicious cocktail specials.
The Clubhouse has plenty of fun family activities and community events to join in each month. Check out the calendar while you're there for hours of operation and schedule of events!

Our Villa sleeps 9 comfortably with 2 people in each of the 4 bedrooms. Kids will love seeing Mickey in the Disney themed room with a single over full bunk bed and slide out trundle bed that can sleep 3 children comfortably.
The main master bedroom with ensuite is only steps away from the pool.
This bathroom also has it's own pool entrance, so no more wet feet through the house.
The front master bedroom is cozy and inviting- and has an ensuite as well.
Traveling with teens or more adults? Our 4th bedroom offers 2 twin beds perfect for all ages. Every bedroom offers a flat screen wall mounted HD TV.

Our fully equipped kitchen offers all the amenities of home including a kettle, a regular coffee maker as well as a Keurig machine with complimentary coffee pods, and sugar to start your trip.

After a day at the parks, have a refreshing swim in your own private pool, wind down in the hot tub or relax poolside with plenty of chairs and loungers. The fact that our house is higher up than the ones behind us- and the now mature landscaping around the pool -ensures privacy.

We do not live nearby, but are always happy to answer any inquiry or request.
