Complimentary use of BBQ Grill: The BBQ Grill will be clean and available for your convenience. To use it, you will need to refill the propane cylinder at the nearest retail store or propane refill station.

This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized:

• Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner.
• Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel.
• Laundry: One laundry detergent.
• Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy).

HOUSEKEEPING
• To ensure a spotless experience, the home is professionally cleaned and inspected before your arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental, but mid-stay cleaning can be arranged in advance for an additional fee if needed.

POOL & SPA
• Please note: the attached spa is not a jacuzzi. It can only be heated when the entire pool is heated, as both will maintain the same temperature.
• The pool heater operates through heat exchange, which may not work effectively in very cold weather. If you choose to heat the pool under these conditions and it doesn’t reach the desired temperature, refunds will not be available.
• For safety, the pool heater may temporarily shut off if the system is overworked during cold weather. This is a normal precaution to prevent damage and will resume functionality automatically.
• Pool heating is optional and subject to availability.
• The pool is equipped with a removable child safety fence, installed before every check-in to provide an additional layer of protection for families traveling with young children. Adult supervision is always required.

POOL CLEANING
Pool cleaning at Windsor at Westside Resort is usually done weekly on Mondays or Tuesdays but may change due to weather conditions. If the weather is unfavorable, cleaning may be rescheduled. Our professional team can access the pool area directly without needing you to open the door and will complete the service in about an hour, allowing you to enjoy the pool afterward.

Windsor at Westside is one of the most loved accommodations for travelers seeking proximity to bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and just a few minutes' drive from Disney’s entrance. Conveniently located near a 24-hour Walmart Supercenter, Target, and Publix, it is the ideal place for those looking for comfort, security, and a prime location. For shopping enthusiasts, the Premium Outlet Vineland and Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores are excellent options nearby.

• All guests must use the garage and driveway of the home for parking.
• The vehicle limit below (based on the number of bedrooms in the home) includes all guest, tenant, or visitor vehicles:
- Homes with 4-5 bedrooms: maximum of 3 vehicles.
- Homes with 6-7 bedrooms: maximum of 4 vehicles.
- Homes with 8-9 bedrooms: maximum of 5 vehicles.
