Your stay also includes access to the incredible amenities at Windsor Hills Resort, with no additional resort fee.

Enjoy the resort's family-friendly recreational facilities and water park while staying only minutes from Walt Disney World, restaurants, shopping, and Central Florida's most popular attractions.

You are welcome to enjoy the resort amenities before check-in and after check-out on your arrival and departure days.

🚗 PARKING & COMMUNITY ACCESS

Windsor Hills Resort permits a maximum of 3 vehicles per property.

Drivers must present a valid driver's license to access the community.

The home features convenient keyless entry, and your unique access code will be provided before check-in.

💦 OPTIONAL POOL HEATING

The pool is professionally cleaned and treated weekly.

Pool heating is available for:

$40 per day + tax

A minimum of 3 consecutive days is required, and heating must be purchased for the applicable reservation period.

Pool heat must be requested at least 3 days before check-in. Payment instructions will be provided after the request is received.

🍔 OPTIONAL BBQ SERVICE

A propane gas BBQ service is available for:

$100 + tax

The service includes post-use cleaning and propane refill and must be requested prior to check-in.

👶 FAMILY CONVENIENCES

Bath towels, bed linens, and pool towels are provided.

A Pack 'n Play and highchair may also be provided as a complimentary courtesy when requested in advance.
