BBQ Grill is available to use for a $65 fee, the guest is responsible to refill the tank if needed.

Starter kit :

• 1 kit with soap and shampoo (hotel size) in each bathroom.
• 1 toilet paper in each bathroom.
• 1 dish soap.
• 1 paper towel.
• 1 trash bag.
• 1 sponge
• 2 dishwasher pod

Please be prepared to stop by a supermarket to buy extra trash bags, extra toilet paper, salt + pepper + sugar, and laundry detergent if you want to wash towels or clothes during your stay.

We don't provide washcloths.

Park cars only side by side in the driveway. Subject to towing. We are not responsible for towed vehicles!
