The cottages are however, starting to show some age. We also missed some if the extras we had in last year’s cottage. Ie baking sheet, multiple skillets, portable cooktop We always have the best time though and the property is one of our favorites!!

Great house for a group

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was lovely, spacious, and clean. However, the kitchen was poorly stocked and there was no grill, making cooking for a large crowd difficult. The management company responded with bringing kitchen things but they would not call back when there were pool issues, which was frustrating. They only email which is difficult when talking through issues. Overall, I highly recommend.

Reviewer Comments: I came home to surprise charges of $650 for excessive damages and trash. They offered me no break down of what I was being charged for. We stayed 3 days in an 8 bedroom unit. We used all the bedrooms and bathrooms. The only thing left behind was trash in the trash can & dirty towels. Nothing was damaged or broken. The charges are outrageous. I have stayed at margaritaville multiple times in the past. This was the first time renting through vstays. I will never rent through you again.
