Tässä talossa on uusi ilmastointi / lämmitin, uusi uima-altaan lämmitin. Siinä on myös kattotuuletin, uusi pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, uudet asiat, televisiot kaapeli-TV: llä, ilmainen langaton internetyhteys ja DVD-soitin, ruokasali ulkopuolella ja oleskeluhuonekalut. Erityinen 3 makuuhuoneen 2 kylpyhuoneen kalustettu huvila, joka isännöi 6 henkilöä mukavasti.

Sijainti on ehdottoman täydellinen perhelomille, hiljaisella paikalla aivan päätien varrella ja vain muutaman minuutin päässä Disney Worldistä, Universal Studiosta ja muista tärkeimmistä nähtävyyksistä. Vesiurheilu, golfkenttä, ostosmahdollisuudet, ravintolat ja illallisnäyttelyt ovat kaikki minuutin päässä. Kaikki vieraat voivat käyttää yhteisön leikkipaikkaa, mukaan lukien koripallo- ja tenniskentät.

Great Property

The property was very clean, spacious, and charming. I rented the home to celebrate my daughter's 16th birthday at Disney World. The home was about 24 minutes from Disney World and easy to drive to. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. It was easy to communicate with the owner, who was very kind and patient during our conversation

Nice house

Overall a good back house with a nice pool. Rooms are nicely decorated. Very clean, also the kitchen, only the knifes were broken or not sharpened at all. Only thing we missed was some kind of information brochure, eg how reach the owners in case of any questions. Did not receive a phone number or direct contact when booking. We weren’t sure if the pool heating was on, so we tried to find out on our own. Received immediately a call from the owner as they saw us on video. Short notice in the house that we should not touch anything as it’s all automatically working would have helped to avoid that. Didn’t like the neighborhood around highway 530, felt not comfortable when I was running there at daytime.

This house was perfect for my family. We enjoyed the heated pool and great weather all week. The house and pool were very clean. We had great communication with the owners. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect relaxed year end vacation

We had great time at this rental, I am appreciative of Elizabeth, she is super flexible and allowed us to check-in early considering our early morning flight and was able to adjust with our flight cancellations due to winter storms across the country. Our stay was pleasant and much relaxed as we were hoping for. We loved the warm pool and made full use of if during all days of our stay... :). We would love to visit this place again and highly recommend to others.

Great place to stay in Orlando!

We had a great experience Chatham Park! We are a family of four (two adults and two kids), and the place was perfect to accommodate the four of us. The pool is great, with a fantastic view to the lake. The property manager is very responsive, and replied to all our questions almost immediately. Also, we received without any problem the deposit we made to rent the unit. We would definitely stay there again if we have the chance.

Week Vacation in Orlando/Kissimmee Area

Property was clean and in a nice area just outside of busy traffic. Centrally located (inside an hour drive) to all sorts of entertainment options like Disney, Universal Studios, and so many more (we hit Gatorland, Wild Florida drive through zoo, Boggy Creek Airboat Rides & Paradise Cove among them). Within an hour or two of beaches on the Atlantic coast or the Gulf coast, Cape Canaveral (Kennedy SpaceCenter) and so much more. Wide variety of dining options within minutes. Property has enough amenities to be comfortable but not high end (experience could be upgraded by better beds, TVs and kitchenware - I like to cook in a few days on our trips and the cooking utensils were just adequate). Not recommended if you plan on staying at the property for days at a time, but if you plan to be out and about for most of your stay, this is a great hub for getting your nightly rest while being within a short distance of many entertainment options with the bonus of your own pool.

What Amazing Time!!!

We had an amazing time staying here. Very close to Disney and Universal. Close to grocery stores. The property is equiped with everything you need for the stay. It is very clean. The pool is super clean too. Patio furniture is so comfortable. Elizabeth, the property owner answered any questions I had regarding the property. We will be staying here again for sure. It is absolutely wonderful for a family with kids or any age.

This place was in a great location close to everything. The kids liked the pool and the wildlife (alligators in the pond and little lizards everywhere) fairly quiet location and a little park across the street. Elizabeth was wonderful to deal with. Great Location

Location was key for our family of 5 and this property had it. The kitchen was nice to have for those early breakfasts before leaving for Disney, as well for late night meals/snacks after returning from a long day at the park. Our kids liked the Disney decor throughout the property.

Pay attention -fraud claims

When I was reviewing this property, I read the reviews. There was one negative review and I wish I had listened and chose a different place. The description of the property indicated there is a 24 hour period between tenants for COVID precautions. That didn’t happen as someone checked out the day we arrived. We arrived at 5pm to find 2 trash cans on the curb that were overflowing with trash, no lids on the cans. That trash stayed on the curb for half of our stay. This was also during the time hurricane Elsa was arriving so the winds were high. This caused trash to be blown all over the street and yard. There were dirty masks, soggy pizza, stuff I’m not touching. Had it been my trash, of course I would have picked it up. The beds were very uncomfortable. We could feel the springs. The fees for the house were a bit much. The owner requires a pool heating fee. This was July in Florida, no need for a heater). She also required a damage insurance plan plus a damage deposit. (Usually it is one or the other). I always treat rentals as my own so I knew this wouldn’t be a problem, so I thought. My family and I checked out July 10th. On July 19th, 9 days after check out, I received a call from the owner asking if I “put a code on the thermostat”. I of course said no and felt this was a weird question so long after my checkout. She said she was hoping this was the problem because they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with the thermostat. 3 hours after that call I received notice that she was keeping the damage deposit. No explanation, just “damage”. I attempted to reach the owner with no success. I called my credit card company and disputed this. I then receive an email the next day that she was claiming damage on the damage policy she requires to purchase. This claim was for a “damaged” thermostat and cleaning air conditioning ducts. This is fraud. If the thermostat went out, that was normal wear and tear. I did write to the insurance company and said it was fraud and I wouldn’t be a part of it. My credit card company credited my account so she didn’t get that either. Beware. She will claim damage that isn’t there and you will lose the deposit. I took pictures and videos so I have proof there was no damage. (The reason my credit card company refunded the deposit). Choose a different place. She requires the damage insurance so she can fraudulently file a claim to maintain her home.

Very clean fun property!

We had a great week and had so much fun at this rental property! The property was spotless upon arrival and we loved our time in the pool each day. Washer and dryer on site provided for us to be able to wash our suits and towels daily, which was nice! It was a great home away from home. Cleanest VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. Owner was prompt with communication and answered any questions we had very quickly. If we travel to this area again, we will definitely stay here!

Disney theme and very clean.

From the Microwave to the silverware tray, oven and bathrooms, everything was very clean. The kitchen was well supplied with cookware, and dishes. Fluffy thick towels and pool towels were appreciated. A little girls dream Disney princess room! The pool was heated and clean as advertised, and had a few float toys. Appealing landscaping with colorful Hibiscus flowers. The Ducks, Geese and Egrets on the pond were entertaining, and we never saw an Alligator ( thank goodness). Elizabeth, the owner, was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. She even provided some coffee and filters and laundry soap to make our arrival easier. When we return to Disney, we would enjoy staying here again.
