The space includes:
• A fully equipped kitchen with a full-size stove, microwave, and refrigerator
• A kitchen/dining area that also serves as the main sitting space, featuring a three-seat couch and a 55-inch Smart TV
• No separate living room and no additional sleeping furniture in the common area

The apartment is best suited for short stays and guests comfortable with a compact space. We encourage guests to carefully review the description and photos to ensure the space meets their needs before booking.

We’re happy to offer our barbecue for your use! Please note:
• Advance notice: Let us know at least 3 days before you plan to use it.
• Fees: $175 flat or $25/day.
• Supervision & Safety: Always watch the barbecue and follow the safety instructions provided.
• Cleaning: Please clean after use. If left dirty, a $50 cleaning fee will be added.
• Use at your own risk: Enjoy safely!
