Tämä talo on 5 makuuhuonetta, joista 3 ovat ensimmäisessä kerroksessa. Yksi niistä on king-size Suite (makuuhuone 16'x 12 ', kylpyhuone poreamme, suihku, hänen ja hänen pesu lavuaarit, ja vaatehuone) ja kaunis, antiikki-style desk. Toinen on ylellisesti kalustettu queen-size sviitti. Kolmas on kaksi erillistä vuodetta. Kahden jäljellä makuuhuonetta ovat yläkerrassa. Ne ovat kaksi makuuhuonetta queen-size-vuoteet ja jakaa kylpyhuone.

The host and property manager were very responsive. The hot tub was dirty so we couldn’t use it….but overall things went well. Suggestion: there were only 2-3 washcloths available so we had to use hand towels to shower. If you use washcloths (I know everyone don’t) I suggest you bring your own to ensure there’s enough for all in your party

Beautiful home

When we arrived, there were painters painting rhe outside of the house. The windows and doors were covered with plastic and we had no access to the pool for 2 days. We had to repeatedly ask them to move ladders and equipment so we could enter/exit the front door. There are very few dishes and silverware, we had to wash bowls so we could have cereal in the mornings. Hot tub, even though included in the listing, was empty and not working.Handicap accessibility was great for my 2 children in wheelchairs, plenty of space to move inside and wide doorways.

First time in five years terrible experience, beware

Imagine our shock and dismay after driving 16 hours then entered what was to be a long anticipated relaxing vacation. But instead found unwashed linens, beds not made, dirty dishes, stove dirty and dirty floors. Then calling the property manager and being told that the house was double booked which we found not to be true after returning our phone call and being told “if we didn’t like it to leave”. We were told to leave the house so it could be cleaned and were told that the hot tube that we were looking forward to use was broken and not repairable and had been broken for quite awhile. After waiting about four hours, waiting for a call from the property manager which had told us it only be two hours to get in to a clean house we walked in to a house that our family spent Monday cleaning washing linens ,cleaning floors and trying to skim the pool with a broken net and had dead worms on the bottom of the pool. Calling the property manager again to see about getting light bulbs fixed that were burned out, to which he replied he would drop off bulbs, to be replace in fixtures that could not be reached without a ladder . We also informing him that the people that were suppose to have cleaned the house did not do a very good job and asked about the pool cleaning schedule to which replied” we did not give them enough time to clean the house properly”, again saying if you do not like it leave. Then telling us he would not deal with us any longer and hung up on us. After email

Excellent, Beautiful Location

My wife and our three adult children stayed at this location for 1 week. The residence was clean, bright and incredibly spacious, particularly with 5 adults. Everything we needed was provided. The community is quiet and very peaceful and we were a short drive to Disneyworld and all amenities. We will definitely be coming back!

Great Disney Vacation

House was very clean and heated pool was wonderful. Communications with the owner was very smooth and timely, even extended my stay for an extra day. Loved the convenience of staying close to Disney and other local restaurants. I would recommend staying here. Couldn't have asked for more.

Disney trip

House was conveniently located to all Disney parks. The house was well furnished and supplied. The host was very friendly and helpful. We had a great time and would recommend this property.

Great but upgrades needed

The house is beautiful and spacious, rooms were clean, plenty of towels, easy to follow instructions. The jacuzzi we didn't use for two reasons (1) it wasn't clean and (2) it would not power on which I forgot to mention to the property manager. The bedroom with the twin beds in it, that door was splitting in half after you close it, it becomes a little difficult to open. The microwave handle was loose and looks like someone tried to fix it with super glue, the refrigerator started leaking on our last night there, the curtain rod in the bedroom located by the garage is bent. Now my personal opinion is that although the house is beautiful it DEFINITELY need some major upgrades as far as the furniture and decorations, bigger TVS in all the rooms including the living room. The game room was not what it was supposed to be, that pool table need to be replaced immediately because it's peeling and falling apart. Nothing really attractive abouth that game room. Other than that we had a blast.

Comfortable & relaxing

We spent 3 weeks in this house. It is spacious and comfortable. There was a problem with the pool heat and the owner and maintenance man, Marcel, took care of it within 24 hours ( a part needed to be ordered and replaced). This was our second time renting this home. We will likely rent here again. It fits our needs The owner responds almost immediately to any questions or concerns.

Family Vavation

This house suited our needs. It allowed the 7 of us space to ourselves but gathering areas as well. A couple issues popped up during our stay but were attended to quickly by property manager and owner. We would stay here again.

Overall Good, not the best

We arrived 3/23 this year, stayed for 9 days. Right away we needed to let the owner know about the leaking fridge, the dishwasher was not spinning, hot tub needed to be cleaned. I spoke to the owner who gave me Marcels phone number right away. Hot tub was cleaned the next day and we were able to also get new fridge and dishwasher as well. The house has a very musty smell. There was no mop for kitchen, marcel was kind to bring one, as we like to keep things clean as we go. We also were grateful Marcel brought in two more pool chairs as we had seven guests and a broken pool chair. The outside pool area could be kept a little nicer. The fence along side of the pool is very poor. All breaking off screen, especially near the grill. The beds upstairs are not comfortable at all. Overall stay was good. Would I book this property again? No I wouldn’t, not for 3K. I would not recommend either. Hope the owner sees this and makes some improvements in and outside. Very outdated.

Amazing family trip!

We took the kids & grandkids on a winter get-a-way to Orlando. Perfect location to day trip, everything close by, loads of retail and restaurants a short drive away. Plenty of sleeping room in the house, when trying to keep kids of various ages happy LOVED having the pool and hot tub in the backyard.

The house was in a great location and the house was clean. The family really enjoyed it. We had a 5 day stay and only had a half roll of tissue in each bathroom. Other than that small thing, I have no complaints. Will stay again.

Great location

We loved the location and the gated community amenities. The house size was nice for our family, 4 adults and 5 children. Kids enjoyed hot tub and pool. The furnishings are very dated and the bedding should be updated. It would also be helpful to have plastic cups to use in the pool area. We were there to visit Disney, which was close and worked well for us.

Nice house great location

We booked this house for our family trip to Orlando. The house turned out to be bigger than we needed because some family did not come. However, the house was very nice. We had one incident with one of the guest beds and Marcel took care of it immediately, very responsive. Would stay here again. Note - the comment that you have to make sure there are trashbags in the trashcan means the trashcan outside. We had pizza boxes in it and Marcel let us know that they had to be in a bag because a big truck does not come by. A service comes by and picks up the bags and puts them on a flatbed and takes them away. So if you get pizza or big boxes make sure you break them down and put them in a bag.
