Beach house

This home definitely gives a beach vibe with lots of light and comfortable summer colored furniture. However, the pool was a big disappointment. It was not clean and filled with bugs. We only swam 1 day in the pool and spent the rest of the time at the club house. We would, given the opportunity, rent this home again with the assurance the pool would be in good condition.

Great property!

This was our second time renting Caribbean breeze and once again it was great! Communication was decent and when we reported a “chirping” smoke detector and when we returned later that day the chirping had stopped so assumed they’d come and replaced the battery. Great place to stay for access to all the Orlando area has to offer. Can’t wait to come back!

Lovely Villa

Lovely Villa, as described clean and bright. Check in was extremely easy. We've stayed on this gated community before, it's lovely and local to everything especially Disney. Would recommend. Could do with a lick of paint but other than that would definitely book again.

Great Family Condo

We had a great stay at this condo/home!! Everything was clean and well maintained! Our girls enjoyed the pool and the game room!! We would say that we wish the beds had a mattress pad or were softer but it was a great condo with lots of space!

Great Property

The property was exactly what we anticipated, clean and well furnished, poo lovely. A couple of maintenance issues during stay but very quickly remedied by the management company.

Our Family Vacation

The property is conveniently to Disney World, as well as numerous restaurants and Walmart. The house was lovely and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We really had a great time. We would definitely rent this property again! Thank you so much!

Golf and relaxation getaway

The house was great, very clean and nicely decorated and appointed. We traveled with 3 couples and a single and had plenty of room. The pool was clean and everyone liked the warm temperature of the water. We went to the club house and enjoyed the Tikibar. We traveled to Cocoa beach and appreciated that there were a few beach chairs at the house. We would stay again!

Great property

Large house in a great location. Pool area was wonderful and having access to the bbq was a huge plus! Only two cons we have is that the tv sound didn’t match the picture for the entire stay and thermostat was unable to go below 73 making it a little stuffy at times.

Very nice house

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was great for access to the parks. Our only regret was that the pool heater was not working, but we were quickly refunded the cost. Fortunately, we were close enough to the club house to take advantage of the pool there. Overall, we had a great time.

Family Disney Trip 2021

House was large and very clean. They had plenty of towels and kitchenware and appliances to make cooking meals easy. Pool areas was great. Laundry was super convenient. The start up kit of basics like dish soap, sponge, soap, toilet paper, paper towels and garbage liners was very much appreciated. Great to have a grill and the game room set up in the garage. Close to the parks and close to Walmart for food shopping pick up. Minor complaints: 1) could not adjust living room ceiling fan or light. The chains were missing and the remote did not work. 2) several outlets throughout the house didn't work or didn't stay plugged in. 3) something with the TV was off. The sound did not match the picture. It was kind of annoying. Major complaints: 1) gave names of guests for entrance and security didn't have it and wouldn't allow them through even when my husband went down to security gate. 2) the air conditioning.... we were not allowed to put it below 75 degrees. For us that was a huge problem as the house never felt cool.

Nice but some dislikes

Some light bulbs was missing in places . And very hot in the house would of liked to pay extra if I could to turn the temp down some . Also had worms in the house . But over all nice place and family had fun

Great Location

This property was in a great location as it was very near the Disney World parks. Overall our stay at this property was very good. However, as you were not permitted to set the thermostat lower than 75 it would get very hot and stuffy in the house, particularly at night. Only one of the four bedrooms (the king master bedroom) had a ceiling fan in it and it was very uncomfortable sleeping for those of us in the other bedrooms. Also, the gas grill was unusable as it didn't look like it had been cleaned in years.

Beautiful Place but no thanks

A group of family members and I stayed at this property for a week for a wedding. The property itself was beautiful, clean, and spacious enough for 7 adults. However there were quite a few things that just did not work for us. The air hockey table did not work and the lighting in the garage was not the best. Three of the 4 bedrooms did not have a ceiling fan- in the Florida weather we would have expected Them to have some. It got Pretty hot at night and the one portable fan moved around the home quite a bit. The actual AC stopped working. We contacted the property owner though and they sent someone right away which was great. The actual gated community had a lot of rules. Although our check in was easy, we hosted some of our family one night (some of them live in Florida) and security would not let them in because they were not on a guest list. We were not told we had to add visitors to a guest list. I have been to other places that will just let you in if you are visiting someone staying there so that was just a little bit annoying. Again we called and they got It squared Away pretty quickly. The beds are VERY firm and not the most comfortable. We had to refill the propane tank in order to use the grill, if you are going to offer It to People you would think It would Be filled. There are no kitchen spices other than salt and pepper so be prepared to buy EVERYTHING including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. Also checking out was a lot of work- I understand that It is Not a hotel but we were asked to leave all linens and towels in the laundry room, place all dishes in the dishwasher, make sure all of the trash is taken out. We are not slobs but if we are paying a cleaning fee I don’t understand why we had to do all of the above. It is Pretty close to all of the major parks so that was nice. Overall the property has a lot of potential but I don’t know if I would return.

Family Vaca 2021 Complete!

We all enjoyed a restful stay in this beautiful home! Plenty of room for everyone and the pool was perfect for morning and evening swimming! We even used the outdoor grill. 😁 The owner was great at communication and we would highly recommend.

Getaway in Florida

We had a wonderful week in this property. It was clean and well maintained. There were a couple things that we mentioned to the property manager. One of the bedrooms doesn't have a ceiling fan, making it rather stuffy. They have a fan for the garage though that we used in this room. The air hockey table wasn't working, but that was the least of our worries. Overall, a great place to rest your head at night with kitchen and bath amenities to make you comfortable. Pool was wonderful as well. Note to management: disposal is not working.

Convenient location to Disney Parks

Great location for Disney Parks, clean, nicely updated house. The pool and gameroom were also nice. The master bedroom has a ceiling fan, unfortunately the other 3 bedrooms do not and really need to be installed. Overall great stay and would stay there again!

Perfect Home

This property was just as described on the site. Very spacious. Love the bedrooms, the kitchen space and the decorations. My niece and nephew LOVED the pool!! That's where we spent most of our time and grilling. Hope to stay at this same property in the fall!!

Overall good

Overall great property! However, there were a couple of things that prevented it from being great. Firstly, there are no ceilings fans in the bedrooms, only in the master. There was a standing fan which travelled from room to room during our stay. Making the rooms uncomfortable and stuffy. In the hot summer months it would not do. Second, the mattress in the second master bedroom sags in the center and needs replacing. My husband and I were waking up with back pain. Third, the kitchen could be better stocked. There was no salt and pepper which all rental homes that we have stayed at have. Also the cookware is useless. It’s cheap and everything sticks to it. There was only 1 non stick pan which made it extremely difficult to cook for a large group. Lastly, on 2 separate nights during our stay there were snakes in the pool. They were very small but nonetheless they were there. Thank God one of our family members lives in the country and “took care” of the situation. I would definitely stay again for the location and layout of the home but would hesitate if the aforementioned was not addressed.
