Comfortable Accommodations - Disappointing Stay

The house’s proximity to the resort amenities and its cleanliness were positives. However, our overall experience was disappointing. We booked this property specifically for the heated pool, but communication with the host was consistently untimely and unhelpful. Despite our request, the pool was never heated (it looks like the heater broke but the host never confirmed). Additionally, the host asked us to pay via Venmo or Zelle instead of through VRBO for the pool heating prior to our stay, which we declined as it felt suspicious.While the house was comfortable for our group, the lack of clear communication and failure to provide the amenities we paid for left us feeling misled. Not all arcade games were functional, we discovered mold in the AC unit, and one of the beds broke during use due to an improperly installed frame. The delayed responses became so discouraging that we stopped attempting to inform the host during our stay. Even after sharing our feedback with both the host and VRBO post-stay, there was no follow-up from the host.Given these issues, I’m giving the property 3 stars.

Nice property but….

Property was not cleaned (urine stains on the toilet), fridge wasn’t usable for the first 24 hours and there was basically zero communication with the owner. He stopped responding soon after i brought up these issues.

Great Location

overall it was a nice place to stay. Had plenty of room for everybody. Very happy there is a bedroom on the first floor. Did not have to do stairs unless I wanted too

Great location

We have stayed in this neighborhood before, this house is perfect location to the clubhouse (its in the back yard practically) . Nathan was great with communication, any issues he was promt to get back with us. We enjoyed our private pool after clubhouse was closed. Close to places to eat and grocery stores.

Really Nice Home!

We had a great time in Nathan’s home. We stayed for a weekend with friends and family for a birthday celebration. The pool was heated upon our arrival and was delightful. The house is beautiful and there was more than enough room for everyone. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic family vacation. We only had to walk 1 block to the clubhouse/lazy river/splash pad/ community pool. Very roomy and cozy home. We loved the Traeger smoker and the Charbroil grill. Smoked brats, kielbasa and a pork butt for pulled pork sandwiches for our niece’s graduation from UCF 👩‍🎓🎉. Highly recommend this VRBO property!!

A great place to relax with friends and families

Nathan was a super host. He make sure that we got all the things we needed. Everyone was comfortable and relax. All the rooms were clean. The kids enjoy the game room and the upstair loft. Great location to be honest the truth. You have all the local grocery store around corner. I am really impress that he got a smoker and a grill. My father in law was mastering his grill skills. A huge open concept main level where it was so spacious. No one was elbow to elbow. The host (Nathan) was text min away. He response with minor issues in a quickly timing matter. I would recommend this lovely vacation getaway place to all who want to just spend time with their family. Thank you Nathan and most likely we will be back soon.

Great place with family atmosphere!

Property has a great location and is outfitted well for a comfortable stay. Everyone felt the beds were cozy and had enough towels for the bathrooms. Pool area is nice size with pool mesh net made us feel the small children were safe when we were busy. Great host and pleasant to deal with. I’d recommend staying here and will stay again in the future!
