Downstairs there is a generous living, kitchen, dining area across the rear of the home, with new plank flooring. Gather together on the sectional sofa for a relaxing evening – cable television and high speed WiFi are included.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need to cater for your family. There is a breakfast bar as well as eight seater dining table. New high-end stainless steel appliances.

Leading out through the sliding glass doors, the south facing pool deck extends the width of the home. The private pool and bubbling spa enjoys the sun throughout the day and overlooks conservation land. Pool/spa heating is available at an additional cost. There is a covered shady area with a patio table and chairs.

The sophisticated master bedroom has a kingsize bed with large closet and ensuite bathroom with double sinks and walk-in shower. There are two children’s bedrooms; the Star Wars room has a full/twin bunk and the Mickey room has 4 twins (including a bunk). Each have their own bathrooms. There is a further fullsize bedroom downstairs with ensuite. All rooms have TVs.

A games room with ping pong and foosball ensures there is plenty of fun to be had by all.
There is a washer and dryer for guest use, as well as towels, linen.

The Bella Vida resort is a quiet gated community of high-end homes, just 8 miles from Disney and close driving distance to Universal and Sea World. The resort clubhouse and pool back onto a large pond with plenty of loungers to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. There are basketball and volleyball courts, a fitness center, as well as a playground for the little ones. The clubhouse also offers a gym, table tennis and foosball.
