Checked in Sunday. Clean when you enter. But after looking around the floor of the bathroom was pretty dirty, especially around the edges of the shower. Bought coffee for the Keurig only to find that there was only one mug.So Monday morning, we asked them at the office and they assured us they would send a mug up to us. While there I asked what we would do if we needed to exchange towels during our stay. They told us to bring them up there at the office and give them to one of the men that was sitting there. So after three nights of a six nights stay, I brought towels up there only to be told to bring them back and someone would bring us towels right away. That never happened. I also reminded them about the mug that I still never got and they assured me I would get them. asked for towels again. Never came! There was no dish strainer, so I had to put a towel down for the dishes that I washed by hand. There were two hand towels which we quickly went through. And two bath towels. After 3 requests for towels we just washed them. The shower was bare walls so nowhere to put shampoo or wash cloth. I should have seen that in previous reviews.Also not one hook to hang towels anywhere in the bathroom or room, so I had towels hanging from the cabinets. Bed was very soft . Too much for me. Sofa bed was a click clac and horrible to sit on. Good thing was no bugs and Pool area was nice. Was looking for a place to come to monthly but I won’t return due to the lack of customer service
