2 pets or more: $150 each (non-refundable).

Service Animals & Emotional Support Animals (ESA): As per law (413.09/2022), service animals and ESAs are welcome. Written request required at time of reservation. No documentation necessary, but misrepresenting a service animal is a second-degree misdemeanor (sections 775.082 and 775.083, Stat 2022). Please inform us of the tasks or work your service animal is trained to perform.

4) Private Pool & Spa Details:

East-facing pool, deep end 5 ft, with safety fence.

Pool heating available for $40/day (minimum 3 consecutive days). Requests must be made 24h prior to start date. Minimum payment applies even for stays under 3 days.

Spa is not a hot tub; both pool and spa share the same water system.

5) BBQ Grill Rental:

Available for $100 per week (includes first full propane tank and cleaning).

6) Grills:

Personal grills are not allowed on the property.

7) Extra & Concierge Services:

Optional services (not included in booking price) include pet fee, pool heating, BBQ rental, early check-in, late check-out, mid-stay cleanings, etc. Contact us for pricing and availability.

8) Pool Enclosure Access:

Screen doors around the pool area remain padlocked for safety. Only pool maintenance staff will access during weekly service.

9) Baby Items (Complimentary):

Pack n’ Play (no sheets), stroller.

10) Mailing Information:

Property does not have a mailbox. Packages may be sent to the management company’s office (contact for details).

11) Wildlife & Pests:

Florida wildlife includes raccoons, lizards, snakes, deer, alligators, and insects such as ants, mosquitoes, spiders, and bees. Pest control is regular but sightings may occur. No refunds for wildlife or pests. Contact us if issues arise so we can assist.

12) Guest Contact Information:

Guests must provide an email to receive the rental contract and check-in instructions.

Bella Vida Resort is a gated community strategically located near Orlando’s famous theme parks and a variety of special attractions. Spanning over 15 acres of beautiful lakes and featuring a 6,700-square-foot clubhouse, the resort offers a complete leisure experience with security and comfort for the whole family.

Amenities include a community pool (not heated), jacuzzi, internet café, arcade, sports courts, TV room, walking trails, playground, and stunning Italian-style gardens. The peaceful and safe environment makes it the perfect place to unwind after exciting days at the parks.

The property is about a 9-minute walk from the main clubhouse, where most amenities are located.

Please note: The resort does not allow parking of commercial vehicles, boats, house trailers, boat trailers, mobile homes, campers, or any type of trailer in the parking spaces.

Bella Vida Resort offers quick and easy access to Orlando’s top attractions. Walt Disney World is approximately 15–20 minutes away by car, Universal Studios around 25 minutes, and SeaWorld about 20 minutes. Major roads such as US-192 and I-4 are nearby, making travel to theme parks, shopping malls, and outlets simple and convenient.
