No Smoking Policy:
For the comfort and well-being of all our guests, smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the house, including the pool area. We kindly ask that you refrain from smoking during your stay. A fine of $300 will be applied if any indication of smoking is found.
No Parties or Loud Noise:
To maintain a peaceful environment and respect our community, parties are not allowed on the premises. Additionally, please refrain from creating loud noise after 10:00 pm. We appreciate your understanding in ensuring a serene atmosphere for everyone.
No Pets Allowed:
As much as we love furry friends, pets are not permitted in the house. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask that you make suitable arrangements for your beloved pets during your stay.
Gated Community Access:
Our property is nestled within the secure Emerald Island gated community. To access the community amenities and enjoy its exclusive features, there is a charge of $20 per vehicle to obtain your pass. Please note that the reservation is limited to a maximum of 4 cars.
Cleaning Fee:
We take great pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming space for all guests. A mandatory $500 cleaning fee will be charged if the house is not left in good condition upon check-out.
Garbage Disposal:
Before departing, we kindly request that you gather all garbage and dispose of it properly inside the designated trash containers. Your assistance in keeping our space tidy is greatly appreciated.
