You'll find every amenity for your Florida vacation in this uniquely beautiful three bed, three bath home with very private pool and spa. Close to amusement parks, restaurants, and shopping, yet peaceful and quiet enough to take a refreshing nap after a dip in the pool or spa.

One of only 16 homes within the small gated community of Lindfields Reserve, Golden Palms Villa is the last house on the street and has driveway parking for your convenience. The landscaped yard with a bench is the perfect spot to sit for a minute and spy the birds in the birdbath. Inside you'll find the retro-styled game room with it's 2 antique pinball machines, skeeball game and shuffle board table that doubles as a puck bowling game. Sit at the soda fountain style table and listen to the juke box as you check out all the retro signs on the walls. How many products do you remember? The doors hide the laundry facilities with front loading washer and dryer and iron and ironing board. The next set of doors houses other game items like pickle ball, corn hole, tennis, giant Jenga, jigsaw puzzles etc. A Fire TV is also in this room.

The large living room features an electric fireplace, large TV, 2 sofas, 2 chairs, a coffee table and end tables. Plenty of room for everyone to sit comfortably share some popcorn and enjoy your favorite TV programs.

The kitchen is upgraded with stainless steel appliances, a wide array of utensils, pots and pans, and small appliances. The breakfast bar and convenient pass-through window to the pool area keep you in contact with family while preparing food or drinks. The kitchen is open to the dining room featuring a large table with 6 chairs. Additional seating for 2 is at the breakfast bar and room for 2 more at the counter at the pass-through. The office area flows from the dining area, with a desk to catch up on a little work or correspondence. A printer is available for your use.

The main house contains two of the three bedrooms. The master, with ceiling fan, king size bed featuring a new, top of the line memory foam mattress and full en suite bathroom. It has sliding doors that open on the pool. The second bedroom has two sets of twin size bunk beds and a walk in shower in the en suite bath. The third bedroom is its own private cabana suite with access to the pool. It has a ceiling fan, queen size bed, flat screen TV with cable, an en suite bath with tub/shower combo and a coffee niche with microwave, mini-fridge, sink, mini Keurig coffee pot and dinette set for your quiet morning wake up. Due to its direct access to the pool, children may not stay in this room unattended.

Each room has a TV with cable and/or WIFI connection, and ceiling fan. The bedrooms all have closets and drawers so you can unpack, and the bathrooms all have plenty of towels.

All these beautiful rooms are wrapped around the centerpiece of the property, which is the private pool and spa! Pool depth ranges from 3'-4.5'. Set in a roomy lanai, with lounge chairs, dining table with lighted umbrella, and Weber charcoal grill, it is a retreat your family will enjoy every day. You won't believe it's completely private-for your use only! Your pool time extends into the evening with soft lighting in the pool, on the patio and dining umbrella. The color of the pool light can be changed to several different colors. You'll find an outdoor cool water shower for your convenience in rinsing off. The most amazing thing about this wonderful private pool is that you have it all to yourself! You don't have to share it with100 strangers! And don't forget to stop and see Jules the pool boy. He's made of marble so he doesn't see or talk much but he keeps a good watch on the pool.

We include pool heating as part of your nightly rate. The pool heat is set to 82 degrees, and the spa, when activated, will be heated to 104 degrees. Our pool heating is supplied by a heat pump system. It does not heat efficiently under approximately 60 degrees. The spa may not reach the set temperatures in cold weather. The heating of the spa is controlled by the dial marked SPA HEAT on the wall above the spa, there are no guest serviceable items outside the pool enclosure.

Extra features you may appreciate include six H.D.T.V.s, Spectrum cable, Roku tv in the dining room, 200 mbps high speed internet, DVD player, printer, washer/dryer, electric fireplace and free local and U.S. long distance telephone calls!

Rest easy with many safety and security features: digital keyless entry (codes are specific to each guest), photo-cell front entrance lighting, doorbell cameras on the front and pool doors, tamper resistant outlets in the children's bedroom, gated community with neighborhood security cameras and safe toddler mode pool door alarms which can be turned on or off.

We provide a cell phone app with loads of information on the Villa and the surrounding area, including current weather and directions to area attractions, restaurants and shopping.

We are located only 6 miles from the Happiest Place on Earth! Disney World is something I believe everyone should experience at least once. It is a delight for all the senses and for all ages. Just be sure to bring your walking shoes. Right next to Disney World is Disney Springs, a more grown up area of high end shops and restaurants.
Universal Studios, Orlando is just 20 miles away. Grab your wand and broomstick and head over to Hogwarts for some wizarding lessons! Don't have a broom? Don't worry! they can get you one.
If underwater life is more your style, there's always Sea World- just 14 miles away. The penguins are waiting.
The shopping and eating establishments around the Villa are too many to name.

Check in is 4:00 pm and check out is 10:00 am. We strictly maintain these hours so that our cleaners have time to do a thorough clean after each guest.
