Villa Mayr is a modern luxury apartment set in a privileged position, only few minutes’ walk from Ortisei Val Gardena town center away.



It is was renovated in 2018, set in a panoramic location, but still not far from the town center, which is reachable in less than 10 minutes walking.



In Winter you will have the free skibus stopping only 100 m from the house. It will lead in few minutes to the cableways of the Dolomiti Superski ski resort and to the town center.



In Summer, the hiking paths run by just behind the house and the summer bus stops only 100 m from the property, leading you to the town center and to the cableways. The particularly sunny and panoramic position will allow you to take advantage of the magnificent terrace of Villa Mayr and admire its breathtaking view on Ortisei and on the Dolomites.



This holiday rental in Ortisei is also ideal for families with children, due its quiet position and to the small distance to the next public children playground.



The next restaurants, bars, shops and groceries are less than 10 minutes walking away.

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.

Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in

Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)

Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.

In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).

It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.

Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.

The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.

The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.

If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.

The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
