"Casa Brunella," 5 minutes from downtown—parking included

I first visited Orvieto as a tourist and quickly fell in love with it. When I saw this house, I knew right away that it would be perfect for living in peace and quiet, even though it’s just a stone’s throw from the center of this magnificent little town. It’s a beautiful, self-contained, and well-furnished home, nestled among the charming alleys of the Olmo neighborhood and very close to Piazza della Repubblica and the Church of Sant’Andrea. On the first floor, you’ll find a lovely kitchen equipped with a stove, a fridge with a freezer, an oven, and a dishwasher; a large living room with a double sleeper sofa; and a nice bathroom with a shower. Upstairs is a spacious double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a bedroom with a single bed that can be converted into a double, featuring a window that looks directly up at the stars—ideal for children. Guests have access to a reserved parking space. I’ve created a harmonious atmosphere and hope my guests will feel right at home. <br>A warm welcome to all my guests—I hope you’ll fall in love with Orvieto just as I did, and that Casa Brunella will serve as your starting point for exploring all the wonders of this town and its surroundings.<br><br>Casa Brunella is located in the San Giovenale neighborhood, the oldest part of Orvieto, with its splendid church and a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. In just a few minutes, walking through charming, historic alleyways, you’ll reach Piazza della Repubblica and, from there, the Duomo. Also very close by are the Pozzo della Cava, the Torre del Moro, and the Teatro Mancinelli, and a short walk will take you to the Pozzo di San Patrizio. Nearby, you’ll find many excellent restaurants, trattorias, and shops to meet all your needs. The local bus stop is also very close by.<br><br>Languages spoken: English, Italian
