Welcome to our cozy slice of Japanese living! Our beautifully remodeled Japanese home maintains a traditional feel—with each floor offering about 25 ㎡ of comfortable space. The stairs are narrow (and may feel steep), just like in many homes in Japan, but don’t worry! Every bed features spacious under-bed storage, perfect for stowing your luggage and keeping the space tidy and cozy!

GENERAL INFORMATION
• The Japanese government requires the host to collect guest information—including name, address, occupation, nationality, and a copy of the passport—for all “foreigners without a residence in Japan.” We require guests to provide this information before self-check-in instructions are sent.
• Check-in is at 3:00 PM or later. Check-in instructions will be sent the day before your stay.
• No illegal activities or illicit substances are permitted on the premises: Engaging in either will result in eviction from the property and may also result in law enforcement intervention.
• We have security cameras installed outside the entrance. The security cameras are used solely to help our guests check in smoothly, especially when the house is rented out.

SUSTAINABILITY PRACTICES
• We are committed to promoting sustainable practices and reducing our environmental footprint. In line with this, we kindly ask for your cooperation in conserving energy during your stay.
• Before leaving the premises, please ensure that all air conditioning units, lights, fans, TVs, chargers, and any other electronic devices are turned off. If you open windows to let in fresh air, please remember to close them before you leave.

PETS
• Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at the property.

DAMAGE
• We understand accidents happen. In the event of damage occurring at the property, we require that all guests report any and all damage during their stay, prior to check-out.

SMOKING
• Our property is 100% smoke-free, both indoors and outdoors. You must be completely off the premises and on public property to smoke. If you are a regular smoker and feel you will have difficulty following this rule, we kindly suggest you look for another property. Evidence of smoking will result in a 50,000 yen fine.

EVENTS & GATHERINGS
• We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding noise complaints, parties, or gatherings of any kind. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. QUIET HOURS are daily from 11 PM to 7 AM.
• We ask that all guests let us know in advance if they plan to have any visitors during their stay. You may not have additional guests unless previously authorized by the host.

PLEASE NOTE
• The guest agrees to hold the host harmless from any and all losses, claims, causes of action, demands, and/or costs and expenses that may be incurred by the guest in connection with the rental of the unit. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items. Subletting the property is strictly prohibited.
