”Nice hotel and very helpful staff. Hotel is not new anymore but nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious and so was the evening buffet. Swimming pool has only some sunbeds and very limited time of sunshine. ”

”The hotel and room were clean, room was spacious. Breakfast should start at 7 AM, first mornings of my staying everything wasn't ready until 7:20. Later mornings breakfast was almost ready at 7. Extremely annoying western pop music startet every morning around 7 and same record/ song was still playing (too loud) when I came back to hotel at the evening. Same song/ record playing all 10 days what my staying lasted. Not very nice surroundings, but it is India. Wi-fi was miserable. Good enough...

”Marriott suits Pune we like this hotel because of large rooms with equip kitchen and very clean and nice property. Staff is very nice starting from reception desk till room service. Food is very nice and lots of choices. Staff in dining hall are very helpful specially Shreya , Esther , Aadesh. And food prepared by Chef Divan is very nice. Service is very very good.”

”Hotel a bit disappointment. Positive: Rooms clean and quiet. Breakfast nice. Negative: Pool not inviting and totally different kind of looking than in pictures. In reality covered with some strange temporary slum roof. Also hotel is missing the final touch. Maintenance is not according international standards. I would give only 3 stars to the hotel.”

There was water on the floor. It disturbed our sleep. We were upset and infuriated. The next morning when we complained about it to the front desk staff and the manager.
