”Clean room”

”Hotellin sijainti oli ihan hyvä. Henkilökunta oli kohteliaita ja huomaavaisia. Huoneen siisteys oli erittäin hyvä. Lähellä on pieniä kauppoja. ”

”Overall experience was excellent. Under 100 euros a night and breakfast was included. Free shuttle service to town, free gym, pool. Couple's massage for 66 euro. Staff was polite, rooms clean, view was beautiful from the top floor. I can recommend.”

”Hyvä”

”Excellent location and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit”

”Good value for money. Checked in 2am. Staff was helpful and polite. Despite time was offered Turkish coffee at check in. Room was basic but clean. Bed comfortable. Only downside experienced was the noise from other rooms as well as street noise. But since I sleep like the dead, it did not bother me too much. Recommend Viyana Suit Otel.”

”This so-called “hotel” is a complete scam. They contacted me after I booked, asking me to cancel the reservation myself because of major construction, flooding, and full closure of the facility. They promised a refund “as soon as they received the cancellation.” It’s been over a week, and I’ve received nothing, no refund, no response, and no proof that the place even exists. I’m now stuck in a long, frustrating process trying to get my money back through legal and bank channels. Please don’t...

”The first night was noisy, and the bed was uncomfortable. However, the receptionist kindly changed my room for the second night. Also, some of the bathroom tiles were coming loose and lifting off the floor.”
