Our 3 bedroom villa for 6 people is set in stunning open countryside. The villa is set in 2 acres on the lower slopes of a hill taking full advantage of the beautiful views. The location allows for easy access to Cisternino & Ostuni, both a short 10-18 minute drive away. The numerous delightful sandy beaches are 25 minutes away. We would highly recommend car hire.
The villa is fully equipped with all kitchen amenities, a comfortable, bright lounge, multiple outdoor seating areas, 8m x 4m private swimming pool, alfresco dining, pizza oven, barbecue, together with the all important stunning rooftop terrace for morning yoga and evening sundowners. Children to be accompanied on the roof terrace.
The 10,000 SQM plot is situated on a hill with traditional terraced stone walls, including pathways and stone steps to explore. Well placed convenient seats to stop & admire the view. The grounds contain many olive trees, fig trees, pears, citrus & almond trees. The terrain is rocky, naturalised, wild in parts and interesting, typical of Puglia but would be unsuitable for anyone with mobility or stability concerns.
Due to the villa’s position on a small hill, the living space is located on the 1st floor accessed via the outside staircase. The 1st floor front door leads straight into the fully equipped kitchen, from here into a cool comfortable lounge with 2 sofas and a television. Master bedroom 1 and twin bedroom 2 are along the corridor together with their shared shower room.
MASTER BEDROOM 1 has a superking sized bed, double glazed windows with mosquito nets, a wardrobe, chest of drawers & air conditioning. BEDROOM 2 has twin beds, double glazed windows with mosquito nets, a wardrobe and air conditioning. Both bedrooms share the shower room.
BEDROOM 3 is a self contained studio apartment with its own separate access front door on the ground floor. This studio apartment is ideal for any guests who desire a degree of independence during their stay. Complete with en-suite shower room, a small kitchenette with a fridge, kettle & toaster. The studio apartment is not accessible internally from the main villa. The studio apartment is for your sole use and not rented separately. Please note this 3rd bedroom is currently being substantially decorated & updated. We will have up to date photographs of the beautiful new interior ready for April 2026.
The white stone paved terrace and entertaining area on the 1st floor is the star of the property. Eating, entertaining and relaxing are all to be enjoyed in this open space. The pizza oven is a great addition to add some theatre to your meals. The private swimming pool is raised and a few steps are required to enter the pool & again the views from the pool are superb. The pool is 8m x 4m with a depth is 1.25 metres its entire length (this depth does not allow for diving or jumping in.) Please note the full property land is open, not enclosed or fenced and does not have physical boundaries. The property also has EXTERNAL ONLY SECURITY CAMERAS.
