A villa with a heated pool for exclusive use in the Ostuni countryside is the perfect place to spend an intimate and relaxing vacation in a warm and welcoming atmosphere—even with your four-legged friends.
It is located 4 km from the town of Ostuni and 10 km from the sea.
The villa, surrounded by olive groves and orchards, is accessible via farm roads. Tranquility is what sets this area apart, located not far from the center of the “White City” of Ostuni and easily accessible by private vehicle.
There is no public transportation in the area. Therefore, we recommend arriving by car so you can explore the magnificent destinations this region has to offer. To name just a few: the beach at Savelletri, the food and wine of Ceglie, the streets of Cisternino, the Baroque architecture of Martina Franca, and much more.

A home described by friends as “elegantly simple,” built in the traditional rural style typical of the area, the so-called “lamia,” brings to life the grandmother’s furniture, the furnishings, and the family heirlooms, as well as the hosts’ own creations.
Equipped with every comfort, it features a spacious living room and dining area, a kitchen, three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms featuring showers, and a laundry room; it stands out for its spacious veranda, where you can enjoy a wonderfully cool atmosphere even during the hottest hours of the day.
The property’s outdoor area, which spans approximately 10,000 square meters, features a heated pool (upon request) with a furnished sun deck and shower, an outdoor kitchen equipped with an induction cooktop, sink, barbecue, and wood-fired oven (to be used only when a pizza chef is present), laid out along a network of paths, flower beds with Mediterranean plants, and traditional dry-stone walls.
For pets, the property offers a shaded, fenced-in area of approximately 20 square meters with 2 covered doghouses, a drinking fountain, and bowls, at a cost of 100.00 euros per stay, payable on site; you must notify us of this at the time of booking.
Services available upon request (transfers, chef, pizza maker, midweek cleaning, babysitter).

Upon check-in, guests will be greeted by an assistant who will remain at their disposal for the entire duration of their stay.
Prior to arrival, guests will be sent an email containing the Residence and Pool Rules, as well as further details about the property.
Guests are required to pay the municipal tourist tax, which is 2.00 euros per person per day, for a maximum of 5 nights, to be paid in cash to the Assistant upon check-in. Not applicable to children under 12 years of age.
At the time of booking, you may request that the pool be heated at a cost of 100.00 euros per day, to be paid on site.
The cleaning and maintenance fees included in the cost of your stay are calculated on a weekly basis. For extended stays, the Guest will still be provided with cleaning services for the house, outdoor areas, and pool, as well as linen changes, at a cost of 200.00 euros per week, to be paid on site.
