"What kept Keswick Country House from one star is the old style charm of the hotel. The experience itself, however, was disappointing. We happened to be there during a heat wave for this part of the world. We also had a west facing room. I don't fault the hotel for not having A/C. It only needs it ..."

"Excellent location and access to local services. Hotel experience tainted by rude receptionist, poor WiFi (3mbps), no TV reception ( broken aerial on roof), bathroom fan not working but noisy.
