The service was otherwise very kind and helpful, but at the reception there was an older man who were not helpful at all and when we asked nicely to have our luggage from the storage he replied that he will only give them to us if we say please. There was also a woman who came to the lobby amd wanted to see the rooftop bar and asked for directions but he did not help her and just asked what do you want to see there??

This hotel was great place and the staff was super nice and easy going. There are really nice places near by as well and easy access to tram eventhough we only used Bolt with my friend. I would go to this hotel again.

Very kind and helpful staff. Breakfast was ok. We booked half board. Dinner was nice and interesting. Nice and clean indoor pool (4⏠per hour per person). A City tax comes aditionally (against as mentioned in Expedia "Total includes taxes and fees").

Huge rooms and some wear and tear
I had huge room with bathtub. Bed was comfortable. Some wear and tear were visible, but nothing major. Breakfast was average.
