”Parking is good we didn’t have a drink in the bar. We have stayed here many times over the years but it has gone downhill. Poor maintenance in the bathroom… no hot water for a shower or a wash! Went to breakfast and was told we had to be finished within half an hour… people on the next table… the waitress actually asked them to leave!! My husband complained at reception but they just said ok I’ll let them no… with no apology. Also check in not very welcoming! Also they have spoilt the...

”This was the perfect spot for a catch up with friends and visit to the Yorkshire Sculpture Park. The accommodation was similar to Premier Inn styling - clean, lovely big bed and practical bathroom. The room had a TV, plenty of sockets, wall heater, free wifi and iron / hairdyer / fan available for use. Plenty of storage space too. The staff in the restaurant were very friendly and the food choices for evening meal and breakfast were good. The drinks and food were also reasonably priced....

”The room i had booked wss not ready at the dtated 3pm. We were in hurry so said we would take a different one. The check-in was otherwise easy. Our room was modern with a king size bed, a small seating area, a fridge ironing board and tea tray. The bathroom had a big shower and was pristine. ”

”I got a room that is suitable for disabled people. Bathroom wasn't really nice. Room was also one of those rooms that could be connected to the other room. Too bad that it also meant that I could hear everything that was happening in the room next to mine. Not nice to hear loud voices in the middle of the night. ”Can’t fault it for a value for money bed for the night ,impressive shower and cleanliness and staff very helpful when I arrived early. ”

”Easy check in procedure door code gets you into the building and room. Spacious room with modern kitchen and bathroom, well stocked tea/coffee etc and good hot water supply. Warm rooms and well stocked towels and bedding , only drawback is due to its location you get some noise and guests turning up at stupid o'clock in the morning. On the whole if you can get this for a good price its well worth it ”
