”Had room overlooking canal basin. Very hot but fan in room. Fridge microwave and crockery provided with list of local takeaways. Was Stonehouse restaurant next door which was ok as no onsite restaurant. Steep stairs to first floor and no lift seen. Parking ok. ”
”Initial room was unsuitable for our needs, as booked, but thanks to Natalia whose professional outlook actually found a suitable room, our stay was enjoyable although breakfast prices were beyond our budget so we ate offsite . The only thing was was missing in our room was an information booklet regarding site facilities, menus, local amenities etc. and more importantly tv instructions.”

Just a vending machine with soda, chocolate and crisps. Staff (one person) in the reception 24/7. Felt a bit unsafe at times, despite the hotel entrance being locked after 10 PM. A small bathroom in which water from shower leaked to the floor. Wifi & air conditioning worked well.”
