The rooms were tiny and a bit worn down. The air condition worked for an hour and then it shut down and had to be restarted again. We were given a cellar room which had very loud construction noises next door starting at early morning and we asked for another room, which the staff kindly gave to us.
The location was good, right next to Earl’s Court station. There were shops and nice resturants and the area was quite calm.

This is OK for an overnight stay but not suitable for anything longer as lacks amenities for a business traveller. However, the details were as advertised, but hadn't taken enough notice for lack of facilities - no drawers/wardrobe space etc
Location is great.
Room wasn't cleaned twice towels left on floor and not replaced, s that was diasppointing.

"There were not enough staff in the Restaurant or the Bar. At Breakfast, tables were not cleared; Food items not replenished etc. Staff were trying hard though it seemed. Only one person at the Bar at one stage who had clearly not been trained sufficiently e.g. she did not know how to open a bottle ..."

"Parking outside the hotel wasn't possible as a road bridge on the approach to do drop offs had been deemed unsafe My husband who had recently had an operation was clearly struggling to climb stairs to get in."
