”Very nice and modern hotel in the centre of Newcastle with everything on the doorstep. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the place was spotless. The breakfast option was tasty and plentiful and the dining area was clean and comfortable. - The biggest negative comes from the very stinking room. Even though the air conditioning was effective you can't air the room as windows don't open. All the clothes smell really bad now
- The bed very noisy and uncomfortable. Anytime anyone moved in the bed it made a loud noise, woke up for that several times in the night, also had very uncomfortable pillows.
- The sheets had stains

”This is an excellent, value for money budget hotel. Most facilities are at par with what you would expect from a budget hotel but most outstanding feature is its very helpful staff. Adam is a star. He went above and beyond with anything we needed help with. All other staff we interacted with - Sumit, Helen, Caroline - were all very kind and helpful. Kudos to the management for hiring such awesome people.
The next door pub waggon team is also an asset, good food at reasonable prices.

Piss stains on the toilet seat, whole rainbow of different coloured stains on all of the towels and bedding. Noisy and a spot light pointing at the window.
