We arrived late and the house was light so we could easily get settled in. The welcome basket was nice and having the instructions for check out at the start set us at ease.

Beautiful rental/goofy start
Vacasa sent us directions to the lake house we cancelled instead of the new one on the river, so that caused some issues after driving all day (376 miles). It was upsetting but once i contacted them via text, they verified they made an error and sent the new directions. Still, we wasted a good hour ...
