”Everything was great!! Loved the room!”

”We checked in on the first day to find out the hotel was half under construction. We were never given this information in advance nor was it advertised in any way on the website or reservation. The workout room was closed which was extremely disappointing and again, we were never told in advance or would have chosen a different hotel. The one elevator that was working was sketchy, at best. None of the machines were working on our floor, there was hair in the shower and when I tried to wash it...

”There is no daily maid service. Towels are replaced on a request basis by leaving the towels in a plastic bag outside the room. No bed making. Disappointing for the price they charge.”

”We took a Girl Scout group of 10 girls and 10 moms (booked 3 rooms) and everyone had a fabulous time. The pools were a big hit and the arcade for the girls. Only downside were the uncomfortable pull out beds in living room. Very pretty area, the balconies were nice and quiet spot for morning coffee before the girls woke up. Location is just a little ways from all the attractions, which we actually liked. We would definetly consider again for a large group.”

”The rooms are very noisy. We could hear conversations in the next room and when they used their shower, we had to turn the TV up... It was that loud! Maintenance was done right outside our room at 8a, which was loud enough to wake us up. The room itself was clean but had a very squeaky fridge door and clanging bath exhaust fan, which they fixed after we complained. The beds are very soft, so if you need any back support, look elsewhere. It does have good recreational things for kids and...

”Best stay ever! Pristine hotel and top professional staff. Caleb went above and beyond to help find my running shoes I thought I left behind. He was able to pull photos showing me leaving with them on. I highly recommend this hotel 10 out of 10”
