”Extremely comfortable stay with gorgeous view of the mountains. Staff were very helpful. However, there was a large touring group in the hotel and our left luggage was mixed up with theirs and it was a mess. The baggage tag did not have the number of baggages and we had to drive back to collect one. Thank goodness that we remembered in time and didn’t drive far.”

”The staff were the high;ignition of this hotel. They bent over backwards to ensure my comfort. For example, when I asked about an upgrade, they quickly upgraded my room to one of their “modern” rooms. Once I moved into this superb room my satisfaction was guaranteed. The included breakfast was small but very adequate with fresh juice, fruits, and many other local as well as western dishes. I really loved the coffee.”

The room was cleaned daily and I like the fact that it is not in central Thamel with all the hawkers. So I would recommend using the hotel.”
