”My stay at Hotel Drisco was wonderful! Extremely helpful and courteous staff, impeccable rooms with every amenity, and a lovely breakfast and evening wine/cocktail hour. Located in an upscale, quiet neighborhood, but still walking distance to dining, shopping, site seeing, etc. Hotel Drisco exceeds many of the 5-star sites in San Francisco and parallels 5-star European stays. Impressive!”

”Giving my credit card and being charged to incidentals and takes days before charged amount returned to customer. I hate this business practice of almost stealing from customers.”

”It was nice and contemporary. The downside was that there was a party happening in the pool area (food included), that crowded seating areas and with big kids hanging in the hot tub which was not expected at hotel, let alone Westin! Bathroom item just 1 little body lotion. And the biggest inconvenience is parking. Went around 15 mins just to find parking which we have never experienced at a hotel we paid to stay in. We won’t be returning due to this.”

”The location and view of the bay is excellent, but that’s it. The staff member who welcomed us was knowledgeable but not that friendly. She seemed upset when I asked her to repeat one of her sentences by slowly repeating it to me with a strong intonation. The room was clean.
