”We stayed 8 nights at the Inn. Staff was polite when met and cleaners visited the rooms every day. Location-price combination is great and it’s short enough trip to downtown or northern shore of the bay - so great place to start and end daily trips in that area. If you are travelling with car, it’s good to know that parking is free of charge - even thought the parking spots are rather tight for average US cars. Few things were little unpleasant on our stay: -Everything and I mean everything...

”The location was perfect for catching a couple of ball games. Check in was quick and they were so helpful, and our corner room had an amazing view of the water. The room itself was very comfortable, and we enjoyed all of the additional items provided…the shower was amazing! We especially loved our robot room service, and we look forward to staying again in the future.”

”It was nice and contemporary. The downside was that there was a party happening in the pool area (food included), that crowded seating areas and with big kids hanging in the hot tub which was not expected at hotel, let alone Westin! Bathroom item just 1 little body lotion. And the biggest inconvenience is parking. Went around 15 mins just to find parking which we have never experienced at a hotel we paid to stay in. We won’t be returning due to this.”

”The location and view of the bay is excellent, but that’s it. The staff member who welcomed us was knowledgeable but not that friendly. She seemed upset when I asked her to repeat one of her sentences by slowly repeating it to me with a strong intonation. The room was clean. Overall, the whole building is super outdated, the parking fee price is too much for what they offer, and the “continental” breakfast they offer it’s pretty disappointing (boiled eggs that are hard to peel, nothing hot made,...

”Our room had a lounge area with a floor lamp but the lounge chair was missing. When I asked for a lounge chair I was told they were sorry ours was missing but they didn’t have any to replace it. The overall condition of rooms looked “tired”. Someone needs to update the rooms to The chains standard.”
