”We stayed 8 nights at the Inn. Staff was polite when met and cleaners visited the rooms every day. Location-price combination is great and it’s short enough trip to downtown or northern shore of the bay - so great place to start and end daily trips in that area. If you are travelling with car, it’s good to know that parking is free of charge - even thought the parking spots are rather tight for average US cars. Few things were little unpleasant on our stay: -Everything and I mean everything...

”The location is great with a very short walk to the Giants game; the views from high floors are nice. Check-in was frustrating; our room wasn't ready until 7:30 pm. The refrigerator wasn't working; there is no microwave. We rented two rooms for two nights. Both rooms lack an additional mirror. The only mirrors are in the bathroom. Tough when you have multiple occupants in a double-bed room. Parking was expensive, over $100 per night with fees, and a nightmare to retrieve your car. They failed...

”Good and timely shuttle between the property and the airport. Parking is $40/day extra. Limited food at property and nothing within walking distance. The room was clean and big and the bedding and towels were nice quality and bright white and clean. Bed was comfortable. The room's furniture is quite dated and the television is as well, but there were adequate chargers around the bed and desk. The window opened a bit so you could get fresh air.”
