"This place is good for the price you pay. I do believe they spend more on making their lobby look good then they do making their rooms comfortable. The mattress was hard and felt like perhaps it was time to be replaced. There were no extra pillows in the room and only two pillows per queen size bed ..."

Good value and clean.
"A good value for the $$. Pretty nice room, decent breakfast. Lots of room to room noise especially from the room above us. Convenient location to restaurants and the downtown area. Proximity to the ocean made it cool and breezy."
