”The location and view were excellent. We were upgraded to a coastal view. The room however is in need of an upgrade. A very tiny shower and showing age around the bottom and all the baseboards. The chairs on the patio were old and broken. The hairdryer on the wall was also not working. Saying all this, the bed was very comfortable but pillows could also be replaced.”

”Older hotel on the way out. The parking garage appeared partially condemned. We left a day early to get away from the funk and run down conditions. ”

”The room was in poor condition — stained carpets, greasy marks on the bed frames and glass windows, a torn window screen, and peeling paint on the bathroom door. Not even water cups in the room.
Breakfast was equally disappointing. When I arrived at 8:15 AM, staff informed me they were out of coffee and would not make more. There was no milk either.
Perhaps we were given an inferior room (ours faced a busy avenue rather than the quieter neighborhood behind the hotel). Perhaps the staff member...

”The staff was great. The breakfast was OK. The place was generally clean. It was close to a very rough area. My one complaint is that I understand. It’s a business hotel but my wife and I were there on vacation and we booked a junior suite and the room only had one chair and an ottoman and one desk chair. There were no comfortable chairs for the two of us to relax.”

”Their room that they give us smells and extinct parking lot is too expensive. They never tell you that before you book in so be careful if you have a truck you’re paying $80 not a good experience to say I recommend.”
