The staff in restaurant and bar are so rude and bad service because they already adding at 30%gratuity to each tap not matter what. So staff does not care to a good job because they already charging you the tip on tip of the billed. ”

Things that stood out: no parking on premises, paid $25 per day, toilet was not flushing well, limited amenities such as restaurant or gym. Overall, its not the best or the worst. For the price, I probably would have chosen a different hotel, Marriott, Westin or Gaylord which was impressive. ”
