”Gary and Jody's house is awesome. I have enjoyed to stay during my vacation. The property is very clean and amenities are well equipped. Gary is easy to reach out and very quick response back. I have appreciated their preparations and hospitality. Definitely, I will stay again if I visit Pagosa Springs again.”

”The condo is in a great position in Pagosa Springs, and has beautiful views! You are also really close to everything there in the town. The condo was cleaned really well when we arrived and we don't have any concerns there. However, it was a bit tricky to find when we first got there. Also, the kitchen didn't have a lot of what we needed so we ended up having to go to the store to buy common use items such as aluminum foil, ziplock bags, clorox wipes (couldn't find any cleaning solution). ”The caboose was lovely, cozy and comfortable. There is a street light on the adjacent corner to the caboose which reflects light into the downstairs bedroom. It’s very bright in the bedroom at night which did affect sleep. A blackout shade perhaps? Otherwise we loved our stay!”

”Awesome location. This condo was an easy drive to the ski slopes and Durango restaurants and activities. The resort is very nice. Has a fitness center and indoor pool, restaurants and bars. The condo had everything we needed. Comfortable beds and a nice tv. Very clean. The kitchenette had coffee and coffee makings for the single cup keurig. Enough cookware for light cooking on 2 burner stove or toaster oven. We have no complaints. Had a wonderful vacation.”
