Alakerrassa on 2 queen makuuhuonetta, joissa jokaisessa on kylpyhuone. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on uudet mukavat vuoteet.

    Tämä koti on lemmikkieläinystävällinen.

Had a great stay! If I have to provide a critique it would be the kitchen utensils. Pots and pans were in poor shape with teflon damage, no cookie sheets, and no full size plates to eat off of. Great place otherwise

Spring Break at Pagosa Springs

The house with four bedrooms and two living areas was perfect for our large family stay. Although the kitchen is tight, we were able to prepare all our meals, and all gather around the large dining table each evening for dinner.

Spacious, comfortable and convenient!

We were pleased that there were enough beds, baths and a fenced yard for our pups. Conveniently located to downtown Pagosa, hot springs, Wolf Creek skiing and Durango!!

Beautiful decor with a quaint cabin feel and lovely outdoor space.

This was perfect for our weekend get away. Slept 8 adults comfortably, the outdoor area is set up for 6, but beautifylly situated. A quiet neighborhood. There were fans in everyroom, but may be a bit uncomfortable during days over 85 degrees.

Excellent house and even better if you have dogs. Very large yard that is all fenced in with a gate, so the dogs can roam to their heart's content. The house is very nice with great furnishings. Kitchen has everything you can need and there are two living areas to hang out. The deck has an umbrella heater as well as a gas fire pit which make sitting outside wonderful.

Great Stay

Everything was as advertised. Office was very attentive to our questions and everything worked well in the house. Internet is very speedy. We even woke up to ten inches of snow on our final day. Awesome time in Pagosa.

Perfection! Even the teens were pleased (miracles never cease!)

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our hotel canceled the day before our trip and we were lucky to snag this cabin last minute. What a game changer! We are ruined now - nothing less than this will do in the future. The kitchen was well stocked, there is a lake nearby that made for perfect morning walks. We saw deer, foxes and many types of birds. From the front deck, we watched hot air balloons in the sunrise. Beds were comfortable, no kids had to sleep on couches (although I napped on the living room couch and it was the best!) and there were plenty of bathrooms for our crew. The house stayed cool during the day, and we really enjoyed the wood burning stove at night. I wouldn't change a thing!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin is exactly as advertised! Very room and great location-just minutes from town! The kitchen had everything that we needed. Excellent price for the size of the cabin! IF I was to change something it would be to have a King size bed in one of the down stairs bedrooms. We really enjoyed our stay at Lazy Bear Cabin and would like to bring our family the next time we visit Pagosa Springs!

Great place

Clean and fun spot to stay at. Very cool cabin feel! Short drive to town as well. They had some computer issues causing some hiccups but they were quick to respond. Little tricky to figure out who to contact as well but Scott was quick to respond. I know things happen but they were very professional about getting it corrected. Would love to come back again for another ski trip.

Good House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location and great layout. Kitchen was stocked well with most everything you need. Linens throughout the house were nice and in good condition. Two wishes: a TV upstairs and a larger bed in the master. Otherwise, it was great.
