Guest will have access to the entire property except the garage, there are some personal items in each of the closest but there is plenty of room for you to hang your things.

Guests will be provided access codes for entry to the abode 48 hrs. prior to arrival, after confirmation of stay and payment has been recevied in full.

Check in instructions will also provide emergency numbers should they be needed.

As is common in many Colorado homes, air conditioning is not available. However, an AC window unit is thoughtfully placed in the dining room, while fans grace the bedrooms. To keep your abode refreshingly cool, consider opening windows during the evening's cooler temperatures and closing them in the morning to preserve the chill. Rest assured, our well-insulated home ensures comfort even on warmer days.

By selecting this home, an enticing opportunity awaits. Unlock access (for an additional fee) to the HOA saltwater pool and a well-equipped gym, enhancing your stay with a touch of indulgence.

There is a pet fee of $40, with a limit of two pets. Please clean up after your pets following their outdoor activities. We kindly ask that pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Thank you for supervising your furry friends and helping us maintain a clean and comfortable space for everyone. Please note that excessive pet hair or messes found after checkout may result in additional cleaning charges.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged. Early check-in or late check-out is available for $15 per hour, which helps accommodate our cleaning schedule and preparation for the next guest.

Please contact the property manager to confirm availability for late check-out. Failure to comply with the check-out time may result in denied access to the property or immediate eviction.
