”The cabin/cottages were nice, and updated. The restaurant Palomino and main building is getting dated and service is falling off. The breakfast was great as usual and most staff is friendly. Wifi is terrible and non-accessible or very slow at best”

”Siisti, mukavat vuoteet.”

”Magnifique hôtel”

”Good location - easy walk to the loch and a restaurant next door. Room felt a bit dated and shabby - there were no luggage racks, the window wouldn’t open, the main light didn’t work. Staff were efficient and friendly. Fine for one night. Note: you need to put your room key in a wall slot to get electricity in the room.”

”CONS: The lack of an actual person for registration - being automated - highly object to this. Lack of amenities: no phone, fridge, microwave or sufficient seating in the rooms. No suitcase stands - suitcase has to sit on the floor. Continental B'fast and Full B'fast - on repeat - no variety from day to day. Fruit choices not necessarily fresh. PROS: Beds are very comfortable. Cleaning staff very accommodating and friendly.”

”Good food, friendly stuff, clean and cosy”

”Viihtyisä hotelli, jossa palvelu on moitteetonta, henkilökunta ystävällistä ja aamiainen kerrassaan mainio. ”

”The room was beautiful, the bathroom was luxurious and clean. The staff particularly Debbie was very welcoming and friendly, just perfect for who you’d want as front of house staff. The breakfast had a great variety whether you wanted hot or cold food just help yourself! Tea and coffee was served to you making it feel more personal. The gardens were immaculate, the gardener clearly puts a lot of time and effort into it. There was good parking accessible and easy to everyone.”

”Hyvä majoitu”

”This hotel is a unique boutique hotel with excellent service! Even it is outside from the city center, the location is good. There is a train going to city center and the station is quite near. The only small issue was that we had on our visit a spy in the closed. Something which of course should not happen in this kind of hotel, but the hotel took care of it immediately.”

”The windows are paper thin and you can hear absolutely everything from outside. We had booked here to stay the night before an early flight and between the 4 of us we probably got a combined 3 hours sleep. I think wish I had done more research before booking this. I was extremely close to leaving the property at about midnight and booking a local hotel it was that bad. I messaged the owner and he wasn’t much help at all and basically said “hopefully the noise stops soon”. There is a loose...

”The main parking area for the facility was closed off for construction, but no notification was provided. The staff was robotic and not terribly helpful.”

Huoneen oven lukko toimi huonosti. Henkilökuntaa ilmestyi paikalle ainoastaan kun soitti kelloa. Aamiainen menetteli. Plussaa ilmainen parkkipaikka autolle. ”

”Staff were all lovely and also excited to greet our toddler. Lodges were incredibly cozy, worth booking less so in the summer as heating options were available but no cooling options if it's a particularly hot season. Hot tub was great to relax in after day trips out or if with children and dropping them off at the soft play facility (look to book a time slot in advance). Pool and gym facilities were well kept and had good options. A specific bit of praise to Helenann from the cafe for...
