”This was our second stay at 40 winks and it was even better! Warn welcome, beautiful decor, delicious breakfast. Host went out of his way to make our visit run smoothly as we were here for a graduation ceremony. We will be back. Didn’t have time to use the new bar so we must return!! ”
”The manager Anna couldn’t have been nicer. She greeted us with a cup of tea and biscuits and allowed us to check-in early and was very helpful with suggestions of things to do in the city. Rooms were comfortable and quiet and included on-site free parking. Location just a short walk into the centre. Breakfast also very good with lots of options. ”
”This was a very nice comfortable place. We had a little trouble finding it. Was easy to check in and out of. The only suggestion I would make was to put the exterior patio lights on a timer so that they turn off at night— if it’s hot and you have the window open then you have all the light from the patio. But it was very clean and comfortable.”

We only had breakfast but it was delicious and plenty of it. The decor was lovely but needed a bit of tidying and the vase on the table needed a clean. I’m not keen on fake flowers which gather dust and the winter sun shows the glass vase needing a polish.
