”Everyting is perfect except Jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was already filled with water. We did not use it, as we assumed the water had been used by previous guests, which did not seem very hygienic. Additionally, the surrounding area was quite messy, and the jacuzzi appeared to be malfunctioning.”

”We had a very nice one night stay in Heraklion. I had booked a classic room, but hotel upgraded it to a suite. The room was very comfortable and in the evening there was a nice city view from the balcony. Location of the hotel is good, as it is only a short walking distance from city center, but the area is quiet in the night time. There is also a parking house in the same building with the hotel.
