”The room, bed, bathroom, breakfast, service - everything was perfect. The only small minus I have to give to the breakfast room - between 8:30 - 9:30 it was grouded and customers had to queue too long for coffee. The personnel was busy to clean up tables and my breakfast was twice cleaned away while I was queing coffee. What a waste.”

”Gorgeous modern rooms, remodeled in 2024. Nicest bathroom I’ve ever seen at an hotel. Absolutely prime location, right on the min shopping street and steps from I’ll Campo. Amina was the best host ever and even helped us schlep our bags all the way to the Stadium parking lot (a 15 minute haul and the only downside about the property). ”
”I stayed at this hotel for one night during my visit to Italy with my friend. This hotel was excellent, 10/10! A special thank you goes to the lovely lady at the reception, Amina. She made plenty of calls to reserve a wine tasting experience and an opera show for us and gave us advice on how to get around town. The customer service at this hotel is exceptionally great! ”La Dimora dei Monaci is an excellent B&B located few minutes from campo. It's on a busy street, but windows face outside from the town. You basically wake up to Toscana postcard.
Owners are really helpful and breakfast is good.
This is the place for authentic Siena charm.”

”Wonderful stay in a wonderful place. The views from the terrace (where breakfast is served weather permitting) and the executive rooms on to the cathedral are spectacular. All the staff is super friendly and keen to help. The hotel or relais is beautifully decorated and everything is spotlessly clean. That is also true for the rooms which all have antique furniture. ”Very pleasant experience!
The host was very nice and gracious, very helpful and knew English well. Before I arrived they wrote to me on WhatsApp, asking when I'll arrive so they can welcome me and explain to me everything. I had trouble finding taxi and she helped me with it which was a life saver for me.
The place is very pretty, and has a very pleasant atmosphere, with a faint smell of a scented candle, optimal temperature and soft instrument music. The room was very clean and was cleaned...

”The hotel seems much better than just 3 stars. The staff is friendly, the rooms clean and comfortable. We had a 4 person room, that had a double bed and a sofa bed. The description promised single beds instead of a sofa bed, so that was bit of disappointing, but the sofa bed was quite comfortable so it was ok in the end. ”Super Netter Service, bei der Anreise kam es zur einer Verspäteten Ankunft und der Mitarbeiter hat mit uns telefoniert und so gar auf uns gewartet.
