”Excellent location in the old city, just around the corner and you are on Piazza Maggiore. Exceptionally friendly service, all staff members were very kind. Clean and nice room, high quality bedlinen. Super good breakfast. Highly recommended. ”

”One would not expect to find such a jewel of a hotel in that alley! Walking distance to center of old city. Nice and clean room, small deficiencies were promptly remedied. The garden area was fabulous and surprising. Just to sit there and listen to the blackbird while sipping coffee was memorable. Strong recommendation for a week-end stay/mini-holiday.”

”We stayed in the most extraordinary room I have ever seen. All four windows overlooked the rooftops of Bologna. The light at all hours was like a painting. The remote control shades gave you control of the amount of light you experienced. It was complely private but you could see the cathedrals and towers unobstructed.
The staff was minimal but very helpful and gracious. The linens were clean and high quality. An extraordinary place.”

”We had a very pleasent stay here. The reception personnel was very friendly and helpful. The suite was roomy and clean and the bed very good. So was the breakfast. Parking area was only 50 meters away, and had good spagetti for the car after having survived a really narrow gate. Excellent location. Recommend highly.”

”Very nice hotel with perfect location. Staff is very friendly and help you with anything you need. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of options to choose from. Hotel lounge is amazing and rooms comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel.”

”The location of the hotel is good, close to the city center. The room is clean, comfortable and modern. The bed is very comfortable. The staff is helpful and friendly.”
"We (me, my husband and our 15 year old son) had a short but wonderful stay at Hotel Metropolitan in July. The hotel is located in short walking distance from the train station and shops, restaurants and attraction are just around the corner. We had the penthouse suite with balcony, which was absolutely gorgeous. The room was modern, clean and spacious. Our son really liked that he had his own space and own door to the balcony. The breakfast was delicious and versatile. The rooftop bar was super nice; great views and atmosphere. Everyone at the hotel staff were really friendly and genuine, it made us feel very welcome. Special thanks to rooftop bartender, who gave us suggestions about restaurants. We would definitely come back to this hotel hopefully for a bit longer stay!"
"The aircondition didnt work so it was hot and the air was not moving. Also the drain in bathroom was stuck so that the dirty water from toilet got up to the shower floor"

"Siivoojia kokoajan näkyvissä mut silti niin pölyistä ja hotelli on hirveässä kunnossa. Pesuaine haisi todella voimakkaasti. Ja monta kertaa kuuli Joker-elokuvan alakerran biosta. Ahdistava ja pelottava paikka ja pahin asia että löysin mahdollisesti luteen sängystä. Vaihdoin hotellia. Sinänsä ystävällistä hlökuntaa ja sijainnin vuoksi valitsin mutta virhe."
