The place wasn’t fancy with front desk, buffets etc, but perfect for a solo traveller wanting a local experience. Breakfast “Italian style” is included at the nearby cafe.
The Piazza is noisy, but the windows are soundproof and you wouldn’t know there was a sole outside.

”I admit, we did miss the property as we walked past, it is an old building and has one half of a floor. The entrance is extremely secure, many doors and with local bars around you are always safe, many eyes, lol. Saying that the rooms have triple glazing, so you hear no noise from the street. Valentina the manager / owner is super friendly and very helpful, with local advice and help with booking a taxi to the airport.

”We had a very pleasent stay here. The reception personnel was very friendly and helpful. The suite was roomy and clean and the bed very good. So was the breakfast. Parking area was only 50 meters away, and had good spagetti for the car after having survived a really narrow gate. Excellent location. Recommend highly.”
