Modern apartment in the heart of Palermo, just a few steps from Via Dante.

The apartment, located on the sixth floor of a building served by an elevator, opens onto the large and bright living room, which features a comfortable sofa, TV, dining table, and has access to the balcony with a small table and chairs. The separate kitchen is complete with all cooking utensils, including a microwave, kettle, oven, and espresso machine. The sleeping area consists of two queen-size bedrooms and coat stand; one of the two rooms features an en suite bathroom with shower. A bathroom with bathtub completes the layout.

Guests will have amenities such as a washing machine, air conditioning in the bedrooms and independent heating for colder days.

Guests will benefit from an outdoor parking slot inside the property.

In this regard, tourists can take part in the "Baroque itinerary of Palermo' to visit the main monuments of the city, such as the Church of the Holy Savior, the Church of Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception. The city also offers the opportunity to participate in the "Tour of the Historical Markets of Palermo' which will allow guests to explore the markets of Ballarò and Capo.
